On December 18, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 300 MW photovoltaic project in Jianza Tan, Huangnan Prefecture, undertaken by Sinohydro Bureau 3 Co., Ltd., was held at the construction site.

The 300 MW photovoltaic project in Jianza Tan, Huangnan Prefecture is planned to cover an area of approximately 7,665 mu, with a planned photovoltaic capacity of 300 MW. All arrays will use fixed mounting structures, and the lowest point of the front-row photovoltaic panels will be 2 meters above the ground. Once completed, the project will provide 67.45 MW of clean electricity annually and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 1.681 million tons, sulfur dioxide emissions by approximately 5.05 tons, and nitrogen oxide emissions by approximately 2.52 tons. It is of great significance for promoting the rational development of clean energy, strongly advancing the integrated development of "livestock-photovoltaic complementarity," and promoting the continuous improvement of the ecological environment and the high-quality development of the local economy.

In recent years, Sinohydro Bureau 3 Co., Ltd. has focused on its core responsibilities and main business in "water, energy, urban development, and digitalization," fully leveraged its professional advantages in the field of new energy construction, actively integrated into the goal of building Qinghai into an energy highland, taken project construction as an important lever for high-quality development, and advanced the successive implementation of a large number of clean energy projects. Sinohydro Bureau 3 Co., Ltd. will fully leverage its advantages in technology, talent, and management, demonstrate the social responsibility of a central state-owned enterprise, and advance project construction with high quality and efficiency, striving for the project to be completed, put into operation, and deliver results as early as possible.
