The Zoomlion Earthmoving Machinery Co., Ltd., which was selected as a national-level green factory this time, has its Earthmoving Machinery Park located in the Zoomlion Smart Industrial City, which is the world's only full-process intelligent manufacturing green base for excavators covering everything from material preparation, welding, machining, coating, and assembly to commissioning. Driven by advanced processes, digital production lines, and intelligent manufacturing, it innovates green technologies, equipment, and production lines. The product R&D and production cycles have been greatly shortened, production efficiency has been greatly improved, operating costs and energy consumption per unit of output value have been greatly reduced, and at the same time clean, low-carbon, harmless, and safe manufacturing has been achieved. The Earthmoving Machinery Park of Zoomlion Smart Industrial City reduces carbon emissions by more than 80,000 tons per year, equivalent to planting nearly 5 million trees.
