On December 20, the inauguration ceremony and the High-Quality Development Integration Conference of the Convention and Exhibition Service Industry Cluster were successfully held at the "China Chongqing Science Hall," constructed by the company. Nearly 300 experts, scholars, and representatives of enterprises and institutions from the infrastructure construction, convention and exhibition services, financial institutions, research institutes, and hotel management industries attended, jointly witnessing the Science Hall embark on a new journey of development.

The Science Hall is one of Chongqing's key construction projects for implementing the national strategy of building the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and serving as a strategic hinterland for the nation. It is a landmark achievement of Chongqing's collaboration with PowerChina to innovate the central-local cooperation model and promote central-local integrated development. The Science Hall will continue to strengthen its advantageous construction in "optimizing the layout of scientific and technological facilities, improving public service functions, and gathering elements of scientific and technological innovation," and, taking the high-quality integrated development of the co-built convention and exhibition service industry cluster as an opportunity, strive to create a new scientific and technological landmark and a new engine of development for Chongqing (Western) Science City.

At the launch ceremony, signing ceremonies were also held for major projects under the "Three Enterprises" joint initiative to support the high-quality development of Western (Chongqing) Science City, and for cooperation units for the high-quality development of the convention and exhibition service industry cluster of the "China Chongqing Science Hall." The aim is to further accelerate the construction of supporting facilities around the Science Hall, jointly build a citizens' urban living circle and an urban development commercial circle centered on and extending around the Science Hall, create a new landmark for future scientific and technological commerce in Science City, and support the high-quality development of Chongqing High-Tech Zone.

Since entering trial operation on October 26, the Science Hall has hosted 15 major events in the field of scientific and technological innovation, including the globally influential Annual Conference and Exhibition of the China Society of Automotive Engineers and the Third Forum on Mathematics Promoting Economic and Social Development. The exhibition area has exceeded 25,000 square meters, covering the upstream and downstream industrial chains of more than 10 industries including artificial intelligence and quantum computing, with 60,000 exhibitors and attendees and more than 40 academicians and experts present. At present, the Science Hall has booked more than 30 exhibitions of various types and, by strengthening investment promotion and exhibition attraction, is actively promoting the establishment of an aerospace science popularization center and a youth activity center.
