On December 11 local time, the launching ceremony for the site leveling and dynamic compaction work of the energy storage station of the Uzbekistan Tashkent Solar-plus-Storage Project, jointly constructed by China Energy Engineering International Group, Zhejiang Thermal Power, and Anhui Institute, was held at the project site, marking the commencement of the energy storage station construction and the project's entry into an "accelerated" phase.

　　The Uzbekistan Tashkent Solar-plus-Storage Project is an important achievement of China Energy Engineering in deeply practicing the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" and international production capacity cooperation, and in strengthening international third-party market cooperation. Once completed, the project will effectively regulate the electricity load of Tashkent, bringing good economic and social effects.

　　As the largest energy storage project under construction in Central Asia and an important livelihood project in the Tashkent region, the commencement of the energy storage station of the Tashkent Solar-plus-Storage Project is of great significance to the green upgrading of the power system in the Tashkent region and throughout Uzbekistan. The project team will continue to clarify goals, unify thinking, raise awareness, and with a spirit of proactive responsibility, mobilize all staff to fully implement the project management planning requirements and open a new height in project construction.
