Newly Built Shenyang-Baihe High-Speed Railway Shenyang Hub Reconstruction Project (Section II) Grade II Track Transfer Construction Safely Opened on Schedule

On November 28, the Grade II track transfer construction of the Shenyang Hub Reconstruction Project (Section II) of the newly built Shenyang-Baihe High-Speed Railway, invested in and constructed by China Railway Shenyang Group Co., Ltd. and undertaken by the Electrical Engineering Company of China Railway No. 9 Group, was safely and punctually opened to traffic, laying a solid foundation for the smooth connection of the Shenyang-Baihe Passenger Dedicated Line into the Shenyang hub.

It is understood that in view of the difficulties of this construction operation, such as a wide scope of work, a large area of impact, and prominent safety risks, the project department established an on-site construction command group, a technical support group, a safety and quality inspection group, a materials and equipment support group, and a logistics support group, to coordinate construction organization, construction progress, and safety management, and to resolve various emergencies encountered during construction.

After construction began, all work groups cooperated closely and worked together, with personnel carrying out a series of operations in a tense and orderly manner, including stringing, lifting and lowering anchors, adjustment and fixation, installation of droppers, removal of wiring, insertion of turnouts, and installation of new signals, ensuring the safe and steady progress of all disciplines and processes.
