At this exhibition, under the theme of "Intelligently Leading the High End, Empowering the World," Hengli showcased a series of innovative products, services, and solutions, discussing the latest technological achievements and developments in the engineering machinery field with global audiences. It attracted the attention of numerous domestic and international professional visitors and industry experts, showing the world a globally oriented Hengli driven by innovative development.

To meet the needs of high-end market customers, Hengli brought its two major brands, InLine and Lixin, presenting nearly 150 products across 12 major categories, including piston pumps, multi-way valves, piston motors, hydraulic cylinders, cartridge valves and valve groups, cycloid motors, controllers, electric cylinders, screws and guide rails, industrial valves, thermal spray technology, and pneumatic components, demonstrating its latest technological innovations and strong product capabilities.

Pursuing the "new" and the "green," hardcore products reshape the competitive landscape

This exhibition featured Hengli's largest and most powerful product lineup to date, with multiple innovative products across various categories released in a concentrated manner. In particular, the V30D520 heavy-duty (tandem) pump developed specifically for 300-400t ultra-large excavator applications, the V32GL300 electronic pump capable of precise closed-loop control, and the V93N375 high-pressure heavy-duty dual pump, Hengli's first product to integrate a power take-off plus a supercharging impeller, won the favor of customers and visitors throughout the venue as soon as they were displayed.

The hydraulic cylinder exhibition area was also full of activity, with classic products such as excavator arm cylinders and swing cylinders displayed alongside innovative products such as the world's largest hydraulic cylinder and hydrogen compressors, attracting countless eyes. We also configured a complete system setup, allowing the hydrogen compressor and hydrostatic servo support servo actuator to simulate working conditions on site, using the most intuitive data to help visitors understand the superior performance of the products.

Gathering strength through diversification, comprehensively covering all application scenarios

One-stop solutions were another major highlight of Hengli's exhibition this time, with cutting-edge technologies applied across multiple scenarios to help the industry move toward an advanced era.

At the exhibition site,excavatorsolution exhibition area saw an endless stream of visitors, who affirmed the professionalism and comprehensiveness of our ability to provide system solutions from mini excavators to medium and large excavators. In particular, the HVME750B main valve + V90N300T main pump solution developed for large excavators reduces fuel consumption by ≥8% at the same efficiency compared with the previous generation; customers praised it as a timely solution helping them achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.

The general machinery solutions exhibition area, centered on the three key words "electrification, comprehensiveness, and customization," showed visitors application solutions for six machine types: "loaders、skid steer loaders、backhoe loaders、aerial work platforms、tractors, andreach stackers". On site, our technical staff focused on introducing the hydrostatic closed drive system solution, which can significantly improve vehicle travel performance and efficiency and became a focal point. We are also fully prepared to promote industry automation to meet market demand, such as the V32HL56 high-speed pump debuted at the exhibition, paired with a self-developed motor, with a maximum speed of 4,500 rpm, helping loaders and excavators achieve higher work efficiency and automated transformation.

Seizing new tracks, high-quality development radiates surging momentum

Hengli continues to broaden its product tracks and strengthen market competitiveness through diversified synergy. At this exhibition, we brought more cartridge valves, balance valves, and integrated valve groups, presenting more professional and comprehensive compact hydraulic solutions. The HRP series radial piston motors were displayed as a full series, bringing customers diverse and reliable user experiences.

In response to the imperative electrification of engineering machinery, our electrification business segment also delivered a satisfactory answer. Vehicle/motor controllers, electric cylinders, and screw guide rails all appeared at the exhibition site. In particular, the four-motor reducer system in the mining wide-body truck electrification solution attracted many visitors to stop and learn about it, with its advantages of thoroughly solving industry pain points such as high gearbox failure rates and poor shifting smoothness.
