On November 26, the 2024 Supplier Conference, part of Sunward's 25th anniversary celebration series, was grandly held in Changsha, with a total of 176 supplier units from home and abroad invited to attend.

        At the meeting, Chen Sheng, Party Secretary of Sunward, delivered a welcome address. General Manager Xia Zhihong introduced Sunward's development in recent years and its future plans, analyzed the domestic and international macroeconomic situation, and issued a new cooperation initiative centered on regionalization, localization, digitalization, and greening.

        The Technology Center is the main body undertaking national-level major scientific research projects and the engine of the company's technological innovation and R&D. Deputy General Manager Zhu Jianxin delivered a conference report on three aspects: Sunward's technology system, product classification and innovative products, and R&D planning.

        A strong quality-driven nation, and quality-driven enterprise development. In the quality report at the supplier conference, Li Wei, Director of the Quality Management Department, summarized in detail Sunward's quality management work, as well as the incoming inspection quality and after-sales failure situations in 2024. By reporting on those ranking high in inspection defect rates and on typical quality problems, he set forth the requirement that quality work must still be pursued unremittingly.

        As the organizing department of this conference, the Business Division, in its work report at the supplier conference, first reviewed the 2024 business work across five aspects: supply chain, quality, compliance, win-win cooperation, and mutual visits. It showcased some specific measures and results in supply chain development, reflecting the honest and open cooperation between the Business Division and suppliers. In the outlook covering planning, programming, measures, implementation, and zero tolerance, Business Director Chang Jinqiang introduced to suppliers the 2025 procurement and production plans, cost-reduction measures, and the shared cost-reduction targets, and for the first time publicly set up a dedicated email address for collecting suppliers' cost-reduction technical proposals and suggestions.

        The award ceremony brought the atmosphere of the entire conference to a climax. A total of 20 "Excellent Quality Suppliers," 20 "Silver Suppliers," and 20 "Gold Suppliers" were selected at this conference. These outstanding suppliers have joined hands with Sunward to advance together, share cooperation, and grow as a group.

        Fu Xiangdong, Chairman of Sunward, stated that at present it is crucial to build a supply system with stable quality, reliable supply, and competitive prices. At the same time, the emergence of new technologies is exerting a profound impact on the industry at all times, and it is necessary to keep pace with the times. He emphasized that as long as the vast number of suppliers work in concert with Sunward and support one another, they will surely gather the momentum for win-win cooperation, overcome various challenges on the road of development, transcend various uncertainties, and usher in a brighter and better future.
