On November 25, 2024, the "2025 Zhongmaolian International Supply Chain Industry Employment and Entrepreneurship Project Launch Meeting and the Inauguration Ceremony of the International Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Supply Chain Industry Working Committee of the China Association for the Promotion of United Nations Procurement" was grandly held in the banquet hall on the third floor of the Jinmao Renaissance Hotel in Beijing.

Against the backdrop of accelerating globalization and digitalization in today's world, innovation and entrepreneurship are of extraordinary significance for promoting economic growth and employment. In the afternoon activities, President Yue Hua and President Lin Peixiang of the China Association for the Promotion of United Nations Procurement spoke successively. President Lin Peixiang gave a detailed introduction to the company's business and development plans, with the goal of bringing China's outstanding products to the world through the international supply chain channels of the China Association for the Promotion of United Nations Procurement. At present, trade cooperation discussions have begun with more than 100 embassies and consulates in China, global chambers of commerce and associations in China, government agencies of multiple countries, and major United Nations institutions. Next year will mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand, a historic moment. On January 5, 2025, the International Supply Chain Working Committee will hold the China-Thailand 50th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations International Supply Chain Industry Summit Press Conference at the Thailand Cultural Auditorium. Many senior Thai officials will be invited to attend and sign large-scale bilateral trade cooperation agreements. In the coming six months, the International Supply Chain Working Committee will establish 200 regional liaison offices worldwide to share resources and achieve broader international cooperation and exchange.

Subsequently, the wife of the Senegalese Ambassador took the stage to share some brief views on future cultural and economic cooperation between Africa and China. She stated that the profound friendship between China and Africa has a long history and that there are enormous cooperation potential and opportunities in the cultural and economic fields. She looks forward to the two sides further strengthening exchanges and interaction and working together to create a better future. At the same time, considering the huge potential and bright prospects of China-Africa cooperation, it is clear that Chinese and African private enterprises should become the bridgehead for realizing these grand projects agreed upon between China and Africa. Therefore, she called on Chinese and African private enterprises to fully play their role as masters and work hard for the common prosperity of China and Africa. In this regard, members of the China Association for the Promotion of United Nations Procurement can play an important role by studying the investment opportunities that exist in Africa. As for the group of African ambassadors' wives in China, they are fully willing to cooperate with the China Association for the Promotion of United Nations Procurement to promote exchanges among peoples, cultures, and tourism, as well as investment by Chinese companies in Africa, and to prosper together in areas of common concern.

Based on the wife of the Senegalese Ambassador's outstanding contributions and positive influence in promoting cultural exchange, the Organizing Committee of the Ambassadors' Wives' China Cultural Tour officially appointed her as Chairperson of the "Ambassadors' Wives' China Cultural Tour." This milestone decision undoubtedly builds a more authoritative and influential high-end platform for a series of future international cultural exchange activities and is expected to promote the implementation and fruition of more diverse and colorful cultural interaction projects.
