It is reported that this upgrade was jointly completed by the Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, together with the Municipal Government Services and Data Administration and the Municipal Economic Information Center and other departments. The reporter saw that the "Policy Benefits" column distills and displays more than 60 policy benefits in the city's engineering construction field, and adds a text message reminder function to accurately and synchronously push "policy benefit packages" according to the type of enterprise project processing and the stage it is in.
Among them, based on sorting out more than 200 reform policies issued under versions 1.0 to 7.0 of the city's engineering construction business environment reform, the Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources condensed the core reform measures into several more easily understandable sentences, making it easier for enterprises to more accurately find policy measures suitable for their own projects. If enterprises need to further inquire about documents, they can directly click and inquire through the attached document links without searching on their own. In terms of specific operations, enterprises can view policy benefits through two channels. First, they can enter the "Beijing Engineering Construction Project Approval and Management System - Policies and Regulations - Policy Benefits" column to directly view all more than 60 policy benefits. Second, they can answer project-related questions through the intelligent guidance module and, through personalized guidance, view policy benefits customized according to the project situation in the automatically generated list of processing matters, and receive text message reminders. When enterprises apply for a project code in the Beijing Engineering Construction Project Approval and Management System, they can also receive text message reminder notifications about policy benefits.
In addition, in response to the problems enterprises face when handling matters, such as "multiple departments, multiple links, multiple processes, and multiple required documents," the system can also "tailor" the approval process for enterprises. After enterprises make menu selections according to project characteristics, the system can automatically match the project with a customized, precise, and personalized list of matters from planning and generation to completion acceptance, and intelligently generate "one chart and one list," namely a process flow chart and a list of processing matters.
Among them, the flow chart helps enterprises straighten out the project processing node plan, clarifying in four stages, one by one, the processing department, processing method, contact phone number, and service guide for each matter, with key reminders for parallel processing matters, thereby compressing processing time to the maximum extent.
It is reported that according to the newly issued "Beijing Engineering Construction Project Approval Matters List (2024 Edition)," the system's "Intelligent Guidance" service has also been dynamically adjusted, adjusting the question settings and matter list, updating the names of multiple matters such as "Approval of Soil and Water Conservation Plan Report for Production and Construction Projects" and "Approval Involving Cultural Relics Protection," while distinguishing municipal and district authorities for matters to facilitate one-stop consultation and understanding for enterprises.
