Recently, in order to further advance the strategic deployment of the Chengdu-Deyang-Meishan-Ziyang integration development and comprehensively open up new prospects for labor competitions, the on-site promotion meeting of the special labor competition themed "Jointly Building a Rail Transit Metropolitan Circle, Striving to Be Pioneers in Construction" and the mobilization meeting for the special work themed "Building Quality Projects with Craftsmanship, Winning the Fourth Quarter" of the Chengdu-Deyang Line project of the municipal (suburban) railway were held at the Mengyang Girder Fabrication Yard of the Chengdu-Deyang Line. More than 100 people attended, including leaders and employee representatives from the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Chengdu Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Deyang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Meishan Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Ziyang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and relevant participating construction units.
In recent years, Chengdu Rail Transit Group has attached great importance to cultivating innovative talent, deepened the construction of the Chengdu Rail Transit Employee Innovation Studio Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance"), used the Alliance as a platform to integrate studio resources, achieved sustainable development of innovation and efficiency-generating activities, and helped cultivate new quality productive forces suited to rail transit development. At present, Chengdu Rail Transit Group is giving play to the exemplary, leading and driving role of advanced models such as model workers and craftsmen, focusing on the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and labor competitions, and has successfully incubated 4 "Employee Innovation Studios" on the Chengdu-Deyang Line, injecting strong momentum into project construction.
The reporter learned that, in order to actively implement Chengdu Rail Transit Group's "Smart Urban Rail Development Outline" and "Green Urban Rail Development Action Plan", the Chengdu-Deyang Line, guided by the construction of Smart Chengdu, is promoting intelligent and green construction. Using "Internet Plus" technology, it has connected AI recognition, intelligent curing, tensioning systems, grouting systems, and bridge erection, among others, to the Smart Management Center of the Mengyang Girder Fabrication Yard, realizing smart management of the entire process of steel reinforcement fabrication and installation as well as box girder casting and erection, achieving a project construction and girder yard full-life-cycle production management system that transcends traditional boundaries, and successfully creating a new benchmark for precast girder production for municipal rail transit.
Up to now, the Chengdu-Deyang Line project has entered a stage of full-speed advancement: two stations in the underground section of the entire line have completed the capping of their main structures, and eight stations are undergoing construction of main structures, earthwork excavation, and retaining structures; 10 shield tunneling machines have been lowered into the shafts, of which 6 are currently tunneling, with a cumulative tunneling length of about 1,924.5 meters. In the elevated section, three river-crossing bridges and some elevated intervals are undergoing pile foundation, pier column, and girder construction; all three girder fabrication yards have been completed and put into production, with a cumulative total of 30 precast girders completed. The project has entered a stage of vigorous and rapid progress and comprehensive full-speed advancement.
