The Changjiang West Road overpass crossing the Beijing-Shanghai Railway in Zaozhuang successfully completed its rotation

On November 25, the Changjiang West Road overpass crossing the Beijing-Shanghai Railway in Xuecheng District, Zaozhuang City, built by China Railway No. 10 Engineering Group, was precisely positioned after rotating 94 degrees clockwise, marking the successful rotation of the single-tower central-cable-plane cable-stayed bridge with the largest rotation angle in Shandong Province. The rotating bridge is located at the intersection with the Beijing-Shanghai Railway in the south throat area south of Zaozhuang West Station, and is one of the main east-west traffic arteries in Xuecheng District, Zaozhuang City. After completion, the project will play an important role in building the gateway city of southwestern Shandong and promoting the construction of the new urban area in western Xuecheng District.

The Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou High-Speed Railway entered trial operation

On November 23, the Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou High-Speed Railway, built with the participation of China Railway No. 2, No. 3, No. 10 and Guangzhou Engineering Groups, the Construction Engineering Group, the Electrification Engineering Group, and Industry Group, entered the train operation test phase, and full-line opening and operation is now in countdown. The Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou High-Speed Railway is a rapid railway corridor connecting Shanghai, Suzhou, Huzhou and other cities. After completion and operation, it will further optimize the layout of the Shanghai railway hub, improve the regional road network layout, effectively relieve the transport pressure on the Shanghai-Nanjing and Shanghai-Hangzhou railway corridors, and facilitate travel for people along the line. It is of great significance for building the "Yangtze River Delta on Rails" and promoting economic and social development along the line and the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.

Phase II of Jinan Metro Line 3 officially opened for operation

On November 22, Phase II of Jinan Metro Line 3, built with the participation of China Railway No. 10 Engineering Group, officially opened for operation, marking the successful "handshake" between Jinan Metro and the airport and realizing transfer connections between the metro and major transport hubs such as Jinan West Station, Jinan East Station and Yaoqiang Airport. After the opening of Phase II of Jinan Metro Line 3, it will connect the eastern center of the main city, Jinan East Station, the airport and the airport economic zone cluster, filling the gap that Yaoqiang Airport had no rail transit access. It is a major upgrade of Jinan's transport network and is of great significance for improving urban functions and meeting the public's demand for convenient travel.

First shield machine of Shijiazhuang Rail Transit Line 6 successfully launched

On November 20, the first shield machine "Yuxin No. 1" for Phase I of Shijiazhuang Rail Transit Line 6, under the general contracting of China Railway, was officially launched, marking that the line has fully entered the tunnel boring construction stage. Shijiazhuang Rail Transit Line 6 starts from Ershilipu Station and ends at Dongzuolu Station, running along Huaizhong Road to Yuhua East Road to Kunlun Avenue, with a total length of about 12.75 kilometers. After completion, the project will give full play to the positive role of rail transit in optimizing the urban industrial spatial layout, strengthen the connection between the central urban area of Shijiazhuang and the High-tech Zone and the Southeast Third Ring area, help the development of the city's 100-billion-level biopharmaceutical industrial park, and guide the central urban area to expand from a single center to multiple centers.

The Shuangyang West to Lianhuashan South section of the Yanchang Expressway opened to traffic

On November 20, the Shuangyang West to Lianhuashan South section of the Yanji-Changchun Expressway in Jilin Province, built with the participation of China Railway No. 2 Engineering Group, officially opened to traffic and connected with the already opened section (Yantongshan to Shuangyang West), laying the foundation for the full-line opening next year. As an important part of the Yanchang Expressway, the Shuangyang West to Lianhuashan section is 35 kilometers long, designed for a speed of 120 kilometers per hour, and built to a four-lane expressway standard. After the Shuangyang West to Lianhuashan section was completed and opened to traffic, the total operating length of the Yanchang Expressway increased to 265.55 kilometers, shortening the travel time from Shuangyang West to Lianhuashan. It is of great significance for promoting the integration of local transportation and tourism, building a summer resort, ice and snow ecology and red tourism brand, and driving social and economic development and rural revitalization.

The Jining-Tongliao Railway electrification renovation project opened as a double-track automatic block line across the entire line

On November 17, the Jining-Tongliao Railway electrification renovation project in Inner Mongolia, built with the participation of China Railway No. 8 Engineering Group and China Railway Electrification Engineering Group, opened as a double-track automatic block line across the entire line. The Jining-Tongliao Railway is an important railway trunk line in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, starting from Ulanqab City in the west and ending in Tongliao City in the east. It is an important railway trunk line connecting Northeast, North China and Northwest China, and also an important energy channel for "eastward transport of Inner Mongolia coal." After the renovation is completed, the annual freight volume will increase from more than 36 million tons to more than 80 million tons, and the speed of passenger trains will increase from 65 kilometers per hour to a maximum operating speed of 120 kilometers per hour.

The Sanya-Ledong Tourism Railway opened for operation

On November 16, the Sanya-Ledong Tourism Railway, surveyed and designed by China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group and built with the participation of China Railway No. 2 Engineering Group, opened for operation. The Sanle Tourism Railway is located in Sanya City and Ledong Li Autonomous County, Hainan Province. The line starts from Jianfeng North Station, runs east through Ledong Li Autonomous County to Sanya City, and connects to Sanya Station. The Sanle Tourism Railway is an important part of the rail transit of the Greater Sanya Tourism Economic Circle. After opening, it will effectively strengthen economic ties and passenger transport exchanges between Sanya and Ledong, link tourism resources along the line, and is of great significance for supporting the high-quality development of the Hainan Free Trade Port.

The Changtanhe Loushui Grand Bridge on the Luchi Expressway was closed

On November 15, the Changtanhe Loushui Grand Bridge on the Luchi Expressway in Hunan, invested by China Railway Communications Investment, designed by China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group and built by China Railway Guangzhou Engineering Group, was closed, marking the completion of the bridge's main works. The Changtanhe Loushui Grand Bridge is a controlling project of the Luchi Expressway. Located in Cili County, Zhangjiajie City, it is 1,060 meters long, with a main tower as high as 211 meters, known as the "No. 1 Tall Tower in Western Hunan." The Luchi Expressway is part of the national expressway G59 Hohhot-Beihai Expressway. After completion, it will further improve Hunan's transportation service level and improve the expressway network layout, and will play a positive role in promoting the development of tourism resources and rapid economic development along the line.

The main pier continuous girder of the Jialing River Grand Bridge on the Guangyuan-Mianyang Expressway was closed

On November 15, the main pier continuous girder of the Jialing River Grand Bridge on the Guangyuan-Mianyang Expressway, built by China Railway No. 5 Engineering Group, was closed. The grand bridge is located in Zhaohua District, Guangyuan City, with a total length of 1,555 meters, and is the longest bridge on the entire Guangyuan-Mianyang expansion project of the Beijing-Kunming Expressway. The Guangyuan-Mianyang expansion project of the Beijing-Kunming Expressway is an important part of the Beijing-Kunming Expressway, a capital radial line in the national expressway network. After completion, it will become another fast corridor from the Chengdu-Chongqing region and even Southwest China to Central China, North China and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and is of great significance for Sichuan to smooth the Sichuan-Shaanxi-Beijing corridor and the Sichuan-Shaanxi-Inner Mongolia corridor.

China's first million-kilowatt-level offshore photovoltaic project was connected to the grid

On November 13, the first batch of power generation units of China's first million-kilowatt-level offshore photovoltaic project, the Guohua Investment Shandong Kenli 1-million-kilowatt offshore photovoltaic project built by China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group, was officially connected to the grid, playing a leading and demonstrative role in the scale development of China's and even the world's offshore photovoltaic industry. After the project is fully connected to the grid, it is expected to generate 1.78 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, which can roughly meet the annual electricity consumption of 2.67 million ordinary Chinese urban residents, effectively saving 503,800 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 1.3447 million tons.

The first box girder of the Donggou River Bridge on the Xumin Expressway was successfully erected

On November 12, the first precast concrete box girder of the Donggou River Bridge on the Xumin Expressway, built by China Railway No. 9 Engineering Group, was erected, marking that the bridge has fully entered the superstructure construction stage. The Xumin Expressway is 88.9 kilometers long, starting from Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and ending in Minquan County, Shangqiu City, Henan Province. After completion, the Xumin Expressway will realize interconnection between Heze and Jiangsu, Henan and other regions, and is of positive significance for further improving the regional expressway network structure, promoting economic and social development along the line, and smoothing the internal economic circulation of the Lunan Economic Circle.

The arch rib of the Modaoxi Grand Bridge on the Jianglong Expressway was closed

On November 10, the arch rib of the Modaoxi Grand Bridge of the Kaizhou-Yunyang Expressway (Jiangkou-Yunyang-Longgang section) first-class highway project, built by China Railway No. 9 Bridge Engineering Group under China Railway Industry, was successfully closed. The Modaoxi Grand Bridge is located in Yunyang County, Chongqing, and is a key controlling project of the Jianglong Expressway, with a total length of 828 meters. After completion, the Jianglong Expressway will realize expressway interconnection between southern Yunyang and Lichuan and Enshi, help the integrated development of transportation and tourism in the Three Gorges reservoir area of northeastern Chongqing, promote the construction of the Yangtze River Three Gorges International Golden Tourism Belt, and is of great significance for improving the regional tourism development environment and promoting coordinated regional economic development.
