Recently, the A/B/C three-section sub-projects of the Poland E75 Railway Project undertaken by PowerChina Municipal Corporation completed final completion acceptance, and the quality assurance documents were submitted to the owner. The project officially entered the defects liability period on November 8, 2024.

The A/B/C sections accepted this time are the first three of the eight construction sections of the entire E75 Railway Project, with a total length of 22 kilometers and a contract value accounting for approximately 20% of the contract amount. They include 52 kilometers of ballasted track and 49 sets of turnouts, 4 stations and 2 control rooms, 11 bridges and culverts, 15 maintenance roads, station-line rainwater and sewage systems, as well as sub-projects such as train control systems, traction power supply systems, medium- and low-voltage power transmission and transformation systems, sound barrier walls, animal protection facilities, and landscaping.

The on-site work for the A/B/C sections was completed in December 2023, and the completion documents and acceptance application were submitted to the Engineer. After multiple on-site confirmations by the acceptance committee jointly composed of the Contractor, the Owner, the Engineer, the User, and government departments, the project successively passed technical acceptance, operational acceptance, and defect elimination acceptance. It passed the running test at the design speed on October 22, 2024, and finally passed the final completion acceptance at the end of October 2024.

At present, the on-site work of the E75 Railway Project has basically been completed. This acceptance has accumulated organizational experience for the project handover work. In response to the issues arising during acceptance, the E75 Railway Project joint venture project management department organized special coordination meetings with the Owner and the Engineer to discuss solutions in accordance with the contract and regulations, and formulated a completion handover plan for subsequent work.
