For projects under construction, grasp progress
Clarify progress targets, refine division of responsibilities, strengthen on-site management, and make every effort to ensure project construction is accelerated and made more efficient. A number of key construction projects are steadily advancing: equipment installation for the Haitai Biological Antibacterial Protein R&D and Production Project is nearing completion, with production imminent; for the Daye New Materials annual output of 200,000 tons of high-end wire rod intelligent manufacturing, 100,000 tons of tire bead steel wire, and 150,000 tons of precision wire rod intelligent manufacturing project, the construction of 2 factory buildings has been completed, the equipment of the original No. 2 plant has been fully relocated, and newly purchased equipment is entering the site and being installed; the land procedures for the Pintuo Petroleum Equipment Project have been completed; and for the Dongying Times 30GWh green battery cell project, pile foundations have been completed, and dynamic compaction operations are in full swing.
For completed projects, grasp commissioning
Help enterprises accelerate the handling of acceptance procedures and promote early commissioning and early achievement of results. Up to now, 11 projects have been completed and put into production, including Shengtong Optical Technology's annual output of 20,000 tons of optical-grade polyester base film for ultra-thin MLCC, Yuantong New Materials' remanufactured coated steel pipe for oil pipes, Oasis Electronics' annual output of 1,200 tons of optoelectronic functional new materials (Phase I), Chunpeng Electric's high- and low-voltage electrical cabinets, and Fuhua Dayuan's annual output of 10,000 tons of high-end fluorine materials project. Next, projects such as Wandefu's annual output of 15,000 tons of soybean dietary fiber and Wandefu's automatic packaging and intelligent warehousing will also be completed and put into production one after another. It is expected that more than 20 projects will be put into production for the whole year.
Address shortcomings and grasp supporting facilities
This year, roads including Xinfeng Road, Shengfeng Road, Chuangye Road, and the east extension of Yuanxing Road were built and opened to traffic, with a total length of 5,800 meters, and all were equipped with pipeline networks. In response to the waterlogging problems during this year's summer rainy season and the shortcomings in infrastructure, the drainage plan within the jurisdiction is being intensively improved, striving to thoroughly solve the problem of poor drainage, continuously strengthen the development zone's hardware construction, and enhance its attractiveness for investment promotion.
