Recently, construction of the Jiahe Center project, located in the CID core area of the Silk Road Science City, has accelerated again. The project's earthwork, foundation pit support, pile foundation engineering, and main building raft foundation construction have been completed, and the main structure is now under construction. As the headquarters of relevant enterprises of China State Construction Engineering Corporation in the Northwest Region, once completed, the project will further boost the clustered development of the headquarters economy in the Silk Road Science City.

　　The Jiahe Center project covers an area of about 20 mu, with a total construction area of 92,000 m2, including 59,000 m2 above ground and 33,000 m2 underground. It will comprise two symmetrically arranged office towers. The central axis of the two office buildings points toward the "Eye of the Future," embodying the development philosophy of steady and far-reaching progress.

　　"At the construction site, we have adopted application technologies such as BIM + smart construction site, and developed specific construction plans for key structural parts of the project to ensure construction quality is excellent on the first attempt," said the person in charge of the Jiahe Center project. At the same time, intelligent construction technology runs through all stages of the project, including design, production, construction, and operation and maintenance, and intelligent robots and smart small machinery and equipment have been introduced to facilitate intelligent on-site construction.

　　Once completed, the project will serve as the headquarters office for relevant enterprises of China State Construction Engineering Corporation in the Northwest Region and enable centralized office operations for dual headquarters. It will leverage the headquarters' driving advantages, integrate high-quality system resources, optimize the industrial layout, enhance the China State Construction brand influence, and play a positive role in promoting the clustered development of the headquarters economy in the Silk Road Science City.
