These major livelihood projects are not only a display of construction achievements, but also powerful testimony to the prosperity of the motherland. The advancement of every project and every breakthrough at each stage embody the painstaking efforts and wisdom of countless builders, and also deeply carry the profound love and heartfelt blessings of Beijing Chengkan people for the motherland!

Beijing Jingmi Road (Airport South Line to Sixth Ring Road Section) Road Project

The Jingmi Road (Airport South Line to Sixth Ring Road Section) road project is an important part of the express passage around the Capital Airport, and this project provides transportation infrastructure for the New China International Exhibition Center and the Capital Airport. The project serves activities such as the "Two Sessions and One Exhibition" and supports the building of Beijing as an international exchange center. At the same time, the project will become an important corridor connecting the northeastern region of Beijing, promoting the linkage of Huairou Science City, Future Science City, and the Shunyi Innovation Industry Cluster Demonstration Zone with the central urban area, and has important strategic significance for advancing the development of Beijing as an innovation center. At present, Beijing Chengkan Institute undertakes the survey task for Section 2 of the project (the interval from the Airport South Line to the Sixth Ring Road), and the project has entered the detailed survey stage. Exploration operations are being carried out in an orderly manner along Jingmi Road and within the green belts on both sides, providing accurate and detailed survey technical data to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent construction of the project.‍

Beijing Fangshan District Geological Hazard Hidden Danger Treatment Project

This project is the largest comprehensive geological hazard treatment project undertaken by Beijing Chengkan Institute in the field of geological hazard treatment and ecological restoration. It is mainly used to comprehensively restore the geological hazards caused by the "23.7" extreme rainstorm in Beijing and to focus on restoring the damaged mine ecological environment. The project covers 16 townships and subdistricts in Fangshan District. During the project construction process, in the face of many difficulties such as complex on-site working environment conditions and high construction difficulty, the project team took the initiative, adapted to the environment, and overcame many difficulties. Up to now, the project has achieved important phased results, laying a solid foundation for geological hazard treatment and regional sustainable development in Fangshan District.

Beijing Metro Line 12 Engineering Survey Project

Beijing Metro Line 12 is a brand-new east-west transportation artery in the northern part of Beijing, with a total length of about 29.6 kilometers, all of which is underground. The line starts from the south of Sijiqing Bridge on the West Fourth Ring Road, runs east along the North Third Ring Road, passes through important areas such as Sanyuanqiao and Jiuxianqiao, and reaches the Dongba edge group. After the line is opened and put into operation, it will alleviate traffic congestion along the route, divert passenger flow pressure from Line 2 and Line 10, promote the development of Jiuxianqiao, Dongba, and other places, advance the疏散 of population from the central urban area and the integrated construction with the Dongba International Business District, and provide transportation support for functional areas along the route.

Beijing Chengkan Institute undertook the engineering survey task for this project. Facing a tight schedule and heavy tasks, the surveying professional team actively cooperated closely with the participating units, allocated resources, and actively introduced advanced technologies such as mobile 3D scanning and measuring robots, greatly improving work efficiency and operational accuracy. At present, the setting-out of operation control piles and protection zone boundary piles is being carried out, providing strong support for ensuring the opening and operation of the line.

BIM Design Consulting Service for the Zhangjiawan Depot Comprehensive Utilization Land Supply Project in Tongzhou District, Beijing

The Zhangjiawan Depot Comprehensive Utilization Land Supply Project is located in the Cultural Tourism Zone of Tongzhou District, Beijing, and is a key development project of the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center. As Beijing's largest outlet commercial complex, it will not only enhance the commercial and entertainment level of the municipal administrative center, but will also become a key node connecting Universal Studios Theme Park and the Huazhuang Metro Depot.

During the construction process, the project team of Beijing Chengkan Institute actively developed and applied new BIM technologies, achieving refined design, construction, and project management, and effectively improving the operational efficiency and quality of project results. The innovative BIM technology achievements developed won the Class I achievement in the 2024 Beijing Engineering Construction BIM Competition and the second prize in the Fifth Engineering Construction Industry BIM Competition, demonstrating the outstanding achievements of Beijing Chengkan Institute in smart engineering construction.‍

Diaphragm Wall Foundation Pit Support Project for the Lize Financial Business District (New Fujian Building) in Fengtai District, Beijing

The New Fujian Building is a key project jointly invested and constructed by enterprises under the Fujian provincial government. The designed height of the building is 150 meters, including 34 floors above ground and 4 floors underground, with a total construction area of about 115,000 square meters and a foundation pit depth of about 20 meters.

Beijing Chengkan Institute faced many difficulties, including the special geographical location of the project adjacent to the interval between Xiju Station and Dongguantou Station of Metro Line 14, with the closest point only about 7 meters away. The project team, by creating a BIM model of the reinforcement cage and optimizing each structural node, successively completed the review of the dangerous and major scheme for the foundation pit project, the installation and dismantling of the crawler crane, the review of the dangerous and major scheme for hoisting, and the railway-related demonstration for the metro protection zone. During project implementation, support forms of diaphragm wall + anchor rods and diaphragm wall + fish-belly beam internal bracing were actively adopted, with a depth reaching 45.5 meters and the maximum weight of a single reinforcement cage reaching 45 tons, providing strong support for ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.‍

Geotechnical Engineering Detailed Survey Project for the South Extension of Changchun Rail Transit Line 1

The south extension project of Changchun Rail Transit Line 1, as an important project for urban spatial expansion and urban pattern development, starts from Hongzuizi Station and extends southward along Renmin Street and the Fuchang Expressway to Yongchun South Station. This project is of great significance for promoting the southward extension of the Changchun area, improving transportation convenience, and advancing the economic development of areas along the route.

Beijing Chengkan Institute undertook the geotechnical engineering detailed survey for the south extension of Line 1, including survey, pipeline investigation, building and structure investigation, cavity general survey, and special research on the anti-floating design water level. In the face of complex geology and severe cold climate, the project team of Beijing Chengkan Institute adopted multiple survey methods to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the survey. Under extreme climate conditions, the hot water circulation process ensured the smooth progress of the survey work and won high recognition from the owner.

General Contracting Project for Survey and Design of Phase I of Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit Line 27

Phase I of Shenzhen Rail Transit Line 27, as an important transportation line on the development axis of central and western Shenzhen, has a total length of 23.2 kilometers and connects areas such as Qianhai, Nanshan, Longhua, and Longban. The line not only serves commuting along the route and alleviates traffic pressure, but also promotes the development of the area from Qianhai to Bantian and improves Shenzhen's rail network.

Beijing Chengkan Institute undertook the geotechnical survey, building (structure) investigation, pipeline detection, topographic survey, and control survey for the entire line. Under conditions of a tight schedule, heavy tasks, and a complex working environment, it organized carefully and rose to the challenges, ensured construction progress, achieved preliminary results, and received high recognition from the owner and experts.‍

On the occasion of the National Day, we wish our great motherland prosperity and strength, and wish every surveyor striving at their post a happy holiday and smooth work!
