50家企业中，26家企业销售额实现增长，其中欧美企业有19家。与此同时，24家企业销售额下滑，其中亚洲企业18家。从中不难看出，虽然美国、欧洲市场复苏并不有力，但相比其他国家而言，这些几乎都经历过一个甚至数个经济周期波动的欧美企业，依靠积累的经验和实力在全球范围内出色完成了一场逆袭。
不过，50强企业盈利利润总额为210.75亿美元，同比下降5.46%，其中，只有15家企业营业利润出现增长。
中国企业业绩与之前形成巨大落差，无论从增长能力还是榜单排位上来看，中国军团都出现大面积下滑。入围的11家中国企业中，排名第五和第六的徐工集团、中联重科继续保持增长，新入围的北方重型汽车股份有限公司实现增长，其他企业销售额均出现下滑，排名也出现下行。
