From September 25 to 29, the third Global Digital Trade Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Digital Trade Expo") was held at the Hangzhou Grand Convention and Exhibition Center. The overall structure of this year's expo is "1+8," namely one comprehensive exhibition area and eight distinctive digital industry exhibition areas, with an exhibition area of more than 150,000 square meters. It presents multiple future scenarios full of digital intelligence, making people truly feel that, with the development of technology, "the future" is not far away.
Digital Intelligent Mobility: Opening "New Ways" of Travel across Land, Sea, Air and Space
Driven by the digital wave, the mobility sector is undergoing unprecedented transformation. The Digital Intelligent Mobility exhibition area at this year's expo is divided into three major sections: "Autonomous Driving," "Low-Altitude Economy," and "New Energy." It brings together more than 100 exhibitors, including brands such as Geely, Hangshi Group, China Flying Valley (Yuhang), and Wanfeng Auto, as well as Zhejiang provincial research institutions such as the Tianmushan Laboratory. From autonomous driving to intelligent connected vehicles, and from new energy vehicles to low-altitude aircraft, it presents a digital ecosystem across the entire industrial chain, creating a panoramic event for future mobility.

From the on-site display of the actual Aerofugia AE200 vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, to the construction of the Geespace future mobility constellation, and to the innovatively proposed Green Methanol Joint Laboratory, Geely has built an integrated space-ground mobility ecosystem technology circle through investment in cutting-edge technology fields, attracting the attention of many visitors.
In the "Low-Altitude Economy Theme Exhibition Zone," nearly 90 participating companies exhibited nearly 200 low-altitude products, including 14 debut and first-show products, covering four major application scenarios: inspection operations, safety and emergency response, logistics and transportation, and cultural tourism mobility. It was also highly popular.
The Tianmushan Laboratory presented nearly ten latest innovation achievements from the "Tianmushan Series" collectively, among which the "Tianmushan No. 1" hydrogen-powered long-endurance drone made its debut. This model adopts a self-developed hydrogen fuel cell power system, an integrated lightweight carbon fiber fuselage, and an integrated intelligent parachute system design. It features ultra-long endurance, ultra-low-temperature adaptability, and zero-carbon environmental protection, and is full of technological appeal.
From individual products to full-chain development, and from single enterprises to industrial clusters, the Digital Intelligent Mobility exhibition area is not only a frontier stage for showcasing the implementation of digital achievements, but also an industrial exchange platform that promotes innovation cooperation, technical exchange, demand transformation, and policy dialogue.
As people's daily lives become more multidimensional due to the digital and intelligent innovation of mobility methods, cutting-edge technologies in the mobility sector are also reshaping the face of the world step by step. At this Digital Trade Expo, the Digital Intelligent Mobility exhibition area undoubtedly depicted a picture closest to the future.
Digital Healthcare: Leading the Industry "Wind Vane"
In recent years, digital healthcare, as the core driving force of the technological revolution in the health industry, has been reshaping the global medical and health industry landscape. From the popularization of telemedicine, to the application of AI-assisted diagnosis, and to the implementation of customized and personalized treatment plans, the application of digital technology is profoundly affecting every link in the healthcare industry.

At this year's expo, the Digital Healthcare exhibition area focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in the healthcare sector. Centering on innovative R&D in biopharmaceuticals, medical imaging, surgical robots, health big data, and solutions, it sets up four major sections: Life Sciences, Digital Intelligent Devices, Digital Health, and Smart Healthcare.
In the exhibition area, BGI Group focused on showcasing independently controllable tool technologies and their innovative applications in precision medicine, precision health, future agriculture, and other fields. Among them, the nanopore sequencer CycloneSEQ, globally launched on September 9, also made its debut at the Digital Trade Expo.
It is reported that the nanopore gene sequencer "Wutong" is only the size of a tissue box in appearance, but it has unique advantages such as full coverage, rapid reading, and free sequencing. It has a wide range of application scenarios in the life sciences, such as rapidly identifying pathogenic microorganisms and quickly tracing their sources, and accurately and completely detecting complex genetic diseases, empowering the development of scientific research, clinical practice, and emerging fields.
Two years ago, BGI Group deepened its layout in Hangzhou, officially established the Hangzhou BGI Life Science Research Institute, and completed project signing at the first Digital Trade Expo. Liu Longqi, Chief Representative of BGI Group in East China and Chief Scientist of BGI Research, said that at present, Hangzhou BGI has formed an integrated strategic development of "research, learning, and production," and in the future will continue to drive breakthroughs in precision medicine and precision health applications through frontier scientific breakthroughs, helping the construction of Healthy Zhejiang.
At this year's Digital Trade Expo, global healthcare companies gathered once again. This year is AstraZeneca's third year participating in the Digital Trade Expo. This time it showcased the latest achievements in the digital healthcare industry achieved through cooperation with ecosystem partners, including the MMC primary-care version metabolic all-in-one machine, which requires only a single operator and can complete a full set of screenings for complications related to metabolic diseases in 20 minutes; the new-generation customer engagement platform NCEP, jointly developed locally with Tencent; and the "BCCE Smart Treatment Doctor," which simulates experts or nurses to interact with patients through large screens and provide various Q&A services, demonstrating the infinite possibilities of digital technology embedded in life.
Zhejiang has strong momentum in digital economy development and ample innovation drivers, providing a favorable environment for promoting the development of the digital healthcare industry. Zhu Lili, Vice President of AstraZeneca China, said that more than 10 companies empowered by the AstraZeneca-CICC Healthcare Industry Fund and the International Life Science Innovation Park will land in Zhejiang. She hopes to rely on Hangzhou's "digital economy" industrial advantages to build a healthcare innovation ecosystem and empower the high-quality development of healthcare in the eastern region in multiple dimensions.
It is reported that this year's Digital Trade Expo attracted more than 1,500 enterprises and international organizations from 32 countries and regions to set up exhibitions and hold meetings, with more than 30,000 professional buyers attending, including more than 6,000 international buyers. During the event, more than 400 new products and new technologies made their debuts and first shows.
