As of now, Zhuanglang County has implemented 8 key projects in 2024, with an investment of 241 million yuan completed that year. At the construction sites of various key projects, the vast number of builders are racing against time to seize the construction period and grasp progress. Project construction is in full swing, and the "construction drawings" are gradually turning into "realistic paintings." The Zhuanglang County Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Entrepreneurship Incubation Park construction project is an important support for the county to build nests to attract phoenixes and attract investment, and it is also a key project for advancing the "strengthening industry" action. The project is planned as a whole and constructed in phases. Phase I covers an area of 40 mu and builds 6 standardized factory buildings totaling 15,000 square meters. At present, the main steel structure installation of the 6 factory buildings has been completed, and they are expected to be completed and put into use in October.

Rebar tying, concrete pouring, equipment hoisting... At the construction site of the Zhuanglang County Runxiang Commercial Center construction project, accompanied by the roar of tower cranes, excavators, and various mechanical equipment, workers are racing against time and carrying out operations busy and orderly. The project has a total investment of 180 million yuan and covers an area of 30 mu. It will build a commercial center integrating a hotel, commercial complex, children's amusement park, warehouse, and parking lot.

The Zhuanglang County Cold Chain Logistics Industrial Park infrastructure construction project is built in two phases. The first phase of the project has completed the comprehensive service building and some ancillary facilities. The second phase of the project has completed the "three connections and one leveling" work and is currently undergoing bidding.

The Zhuanglang County Domestic Waste Incineration Power Generation Project is invested and constructed by Anhui Haichuang Green Energy Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. It focuses on solving the domestic waste problem of "three counties and one city"—Zhuanglang, Jingning, Huating, and Zhangchuan—incinerating 146,000 tons of domestic waste annually, with an average daily volume of 400 tons. At present, all works have been fully completed and will be put into operation in October.

The dry-mixed mortar and sand production line construction project of Zhuanglang County Shunsui Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd. will build one machine-made sand production line with an annual output of 600,000 tons, one dry-mixed mortar production line with an annual output of 300,000 tons, and one water-stabilized mixing station, as well as 21,400 square meters of production workshops, raw material warehouses, finished product warehouses, and business buildings. At present, equipment commissioning and the construction of raw material storage warehouse works are underway, and the main structure decoration work of the business building project is in progress.

The Zhuanglang County 30,000-head beef cattle slaughtering and processing production line construction project is a key project in the construction of Zhuanglang County's Pingliang Red Cattle industrial chain. The project is invested and constructed by Shandong Zhuangduoduo Food Co., Ltd. The project is built in two phases, of which Phase I involves an investment of 90 million yuan to build a 30,000-head beef cattle slaughtering line. At present, the main works such as the waiting-for-slaughter area, slaughtering area, cold storage and preservation area, power center, business building, quarantine room, waste harmless treatment point, and sewage treatment have been completed. In the near future, facilities and equipment for slaughtering, cutting, cold storage, and preservation will be purchased and installed, and the project is expected to be fully completed and put into use by the end of October.

Zhuanglang Xueyuan Agricultural Products Supply Chain Co., Ltd. was established in 2022 and is an apple supply chain enterprise integrating procurement, storage, primary processing, and market sales. The company is organizing and implementing the Phase II project, with an estimated total investment of 30 million yuan, to build a 6,003-square-meter steel-frame controlled-atmosphere warehouse and complete 6,000 square meters of courtyard hardening.
