Efficient construction, safe and reliable

The XCMG XSL1000E deep well drilling rig is equipped with a large-diameter tilting power head, hydraulic slips, and an automatic breakout device, enabling fully automatic make-up and break-out of drill pipes, reducing labor intensity and making operations safer and more efficient.

To date, 2 main holes and 26 branch holes have been constructed, with drilling footage of 18,233 m, an average daily drilling footage of 80 m, and an average daily grouting volume of 200 tons.

The XCMG XSL series deep well drilling rigs adopt a long-stroke high-strength telescopic mast and hydraulic differential rapid lifting technology, meeting the construction requirements of API standard drill pipes and 12 m casing; the water-air dual-purpose rotary joint and manifold quick-switching system provide adaptability for both air and mud working conditions. The power head spindle braking function is configured to meet the construction requirements of coalbed methane directional wells.

At the same time, IoT technology enables visualized data transmission, integrating rig management, maintenance, and service, and can meet construction needs under various complex geological conditions.
