On September 12, at the construction site of Enhe Biotechnology's polylysine and hydrochloride project, Yucheng City held its autumn major project concentrated launch and completion/commissioning ceremony, involving 36 projects with a total investment of 17.266 billion yuan. Among them, there were 10 biomanufacturing industry projects, 7 high-end equipment manufacturing industry projects, 7 new energy and new materials industry projects, 6 high-end chemical projects, and 6 industrial supporting projects.

The 36 launched projects have high scientific and technological content and good market prospects, and are deeply embedded in Yucheng's "3+X" leading industry system, providing strong support for the city's achievement of the "Three-Three Doubling" goal. The Sunwoda energy storage equipment manufacturing industrialization base and solid-state hydrogen storage project will realize integrated development of "wind, solar, storage and application" and effectively promote the optimization and adjustment of the energy structure. The solid-state hydrogen storage project opens up a safe, efficient and high-density new scenario for the energy storage industry, and currently has five potential customers, including China Mobile. The chemical chemicals sales and logistics distribution project of Shandong Jinghua Technology Co., Ltd. is a modern logistics project in the chemical field introduced after Haier Logistics and Smart Cold Chain Logistics, and is a concrete practice of Yucheng's implementation of the Dezhou Municipal Party Committee's requirement to "develop corridor economy." High-tech projects account for two-thirds, including Baolingbao, Bailong Chuangyuan, Daopu'an, Xingjiebang, Qishi and Wanbaoli, all of which have reached internationally advanced levels and are in leading positions in the industry.
This year, Yucheng City is implementing 113 key engineering projects in five major categories, carrying out regular project planning, and has planned 81 key projects around fields such as expansion of pillar industries, energy transformation and optimization, urban construction and livelihood security. Three major command centers for investment information, project review and implementation services have been established, shortening project implementation time by more than 30%. Of the projects launched this time, 80% come from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Jinan metropolitan area and the Pearl River Delta, with investment-attraction projects accounting for 70%. In-depth efforts in "five striving and five comparing" have secured 36 provincial and municipal key projects, approval of 5 national-level pilot programs and 21 provincial-level pilot programs, and 3 provincial-level supervisory incentives.
