In the early autumn of Tongyu, key projects are in full swing, and the momentum for high-quality development is surging. In the CSSC Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, batches of wind turbine main unit spare parts are placed in the production workshop. Workers have already begun pre-job training, rubbing their hands and ready for action, to ensure the smooth commissioning of the construction workshop.
The Tongyu Intelligent Equipment Park project officially started on July 1, 2023, and was completed on August 31, 2024. Phase I of the park covers an area of 50,000 square meters, including two intelligent assembly workshops and one smart operation and maintenance center. The completion of the CSSC Technology Tongyu Equipment Park fills the market gap in Jilin Province for 8-15MW large wind turbines and smart energy storage equipment. After the park is put into operation, it plans to produce 3GW of 6.25 to 15MW onshore wind turbines and amphibious wind turbines annually, and 2GW.h of lithium iron phosphate energy storage batteries annually.
Jing Liangliang, deputy general manager of the Jilin Company of China Shipbuilding Group Wind Power Development Co., Ltd., introduced that at present, there are orders for 300,000 kilowatts of wind turbine main units, with production planned to begin in November 2024, and partial delivery before the end of this year.
It is understood that CSSC Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation, is a listed company specializing in the development of CSSC's wind power industry and was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1997. In August 2023, CSSC Technology implemented a major asset restructuring, injecting assets such as CSSC Wind Power, CSSC Haizhuang, Xinjiang Haiwei, Luoyang Shuangrui, and Lingjiu Electric, integrating the advantageous resources of CSSC's entire wind power industry chain, and building a specialized "clean energy sub-group" integrating clean energy resource development, complete machine and key supporting equipment development, wind farm design and engineering construction, and smart operation and maintenance of power stations.
In January 2023, after detailed market research and meticulous project planning, CSSC Technology formally signed the "High-end Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Park" development agreement with the Baicheng Municipal Government and the Tongyu County People's Government. In the future, CSSC Technology will continue to make efforts to promote clean energy project construction in Jilin Province, and will successively introduce a series of supporting industries such as yaw and pitch gearbox equipment manufacturing, hydrogen production equipment manufacturing, and wind turbine tower manufacturing, helping the coordinated and high-quality development of the entire equipment manufacturing chain in western Jilin Province.
