　　The China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Southern Headquarters Project is located in the Sunac Cultural Tourism City area along the central axis of Huadu District, Guangzhou. The site is bounded by Fenghuang North Road to the east, Luoxian Road to the south, Shuguang North Road to the west, and Yong'an Road to the north. It covers a total land area of approximately 127.88 mu and a total gross floor area of approximately 284,000 square meters, with a total investment of approximately 3.155 billion yuan. The main construction content includes the headquarters building, high-rise residential buildings, a kindergarten, a nursery, a neighborhood center, and an underground parking garage. The tallest building is planned to be 96.8 meters high. A total of 21 residential buildings are designed, including 13 large high-rise buildings and 8 mid-rise buildings, with a total of 1,246 units. The headquarters office building has a total gross floor area of approximately 16,700 square meters, with 15 floors in total. Its facade adopts a full glass curtain wall design and includes functions such as an office lobby, corporate exhibition hall, staff canteen, lecture hall, and head office workspace.
