Recently, the Northwest Regional Headquarters project of Shandong Energy Group, constructed by China Railway 14th Bureau Group, held a main structure topping-out ceremony. The project has now entered the decoration and fit-out stage, laying a solid foundation for completion and delivery.

　　The project is located in the core area of the Central Business District of Xi'an Chanba International Port, with a total construction area of 143,000 square meters. The headquarters office building is 127.3 meters tall and is a super high-rise structure. The project features a large construction volume and high construction standards, and involves super-hazardous and major works such as deep foundation pits, high formwork, and glass curtain walls. By vigorously promoting standardized operations, digital management, and intelligent decision-making, and by increasing the application of new materials, new processes, and new technologies, the project department ensured safe and efficient progress of the works.

　　The project team strengthened scientific and technological innovation. During main structure construction, it adopted application technologies for high-strength steel bars and high-strength concrete, independently developed 7 scientific and technological achievements, obtained 6 provincial- and municipal-level QC achievements, and saved about more than 1 million yuan in costs through on-site application of small inventions and innovations.

　　After the project is completed and put into use, it will deeply integrate with the functional platforms and industrial framework of the Xi'an International Trade and Logistics Park and other advantages, form a headquarters economy clustering effect, and build a new commercial highland with strong radiating and driving capacity.
