9月1日，西成铁路包座隧道出口正洞掘进突破1000米大关，这也是西成铁路全线突破的第一个1000米，标志着为后续施工及全线贯通奠定了坚实的基础。
包座隧道位于四川阿坝州松潘县境内。自开工以来，面对复杂的地质条件和艰巨的施工任务，项目团队采取了一系列标准化创新举措提升了安全管理的深度与质量控制的精度，为项目安全、有序进行提供了有力保障。同时成立了“标准化考核评比”，针对施工中的重难点课题进行技术攻关，积极探索和应用新技术、新工艺，减少了工序交接的时间。引进了凿岩台车、拱架安装台车等先进的大机工装配套设备，较大地提高了施工效率，加速了隧道掘进进程，从而顺利实现了包座隧道出口正洞掘进突破1000米的目标。
