Recently, it was learned from the Regional Department of Transport that the "One Matter" for engineering construction projects in the transport sector of Inner Mongolia has officially launched trial operation.
　　Relying on the existing approval system, the platform builds an approval platform for engineering construction projects in the transport sector and establishes a full-chain approval model of "one service guide, one application form, one set of application materials, and completion of multiple approvals," promoting that for national and provincial trunk highway construction projects in the region's transport sector, from project approval to before lawful commencement of construction, the 8 matters of 6 departments—land approval by the natural resources department, approval for use of forest land and approval for use of grassland by the forestry and grassland department, environmental impact assessment approval by the ecological environment department, flood impact assessment approval and soil and water conservation plan approval by the water resources department, and construction project cultural relics protection permit by the cultural relics department—achieve functions such as online parallel approval, real-time data flow and sharing, and dynamic tracking and supervision.
　　The Regional Department of Transport, together with relevant departments and bureaus, has integrated 18 matters, optimized the approval process, reduced application materials, and achieved process reengineering, allowing "data to run more and enterprises to run less errands." The processing time has been shortened from 169 working days to 38 working days, the number of submitted materials has been reduced from 84 to 67, and the number of processing steps has been reduced from 18 to 2.
