According to the China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization's "Notice on Issuing<2021年**批协会标准制订、修订计划>(Jianbiao Xie Zi [2021] No. 11), the "Technical Specification for the Application of Recycled Sand Powder Concrete from Construction Solid Waste in Railway Engineering", compiled by the Railway Engineering Research Institute of China Academy of Railway Sciences Group Co., Ltd. and other units, has been organized for review by the Association's Industrial Solid Waste Resource Utilization and Ecological Restoration Professional Committee and is hereby approved for release, with the number T/CECS 1645-2024, effective from December 1, 2024.

Ltd., and other units, has been organized for review by the Association's Foundation Engineering Professional Committee and is hereby approved for release, with the number T/CECS 1652-2024, effective from December 1, 2024.
