　　The Ningming Hundred-Billion Sugarcane Circular Industry series projects are under-construction projects in the Ningming area of the Guangxi Pingxiang Industrial Park. The series includes three projects—rum, nucleotides, and Huashan mineral water—covering 380 mu with a total investment of 3.8 billion yuan; once fully completed, the expected annual output value is 10.6 billion yuan. Wei Xuping, the person in charge of project construction and general manager of Guangxi Ningming Huining Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., introduced: "As of now, the overall construction of Plants No. 1 and No. 2 has been completed, the steel structure framework of Plant No. 3 is finished, 95% of the infrastructure of Plant No. 4 is complete, 30% of the plant gate and road construction is done, and the comprehensive building is 90% complete overall. We strive to complete the delivery and use of Buildings No. 1 to No. 4 and the comprehensive building by the end of 2024."
　　Next to the Ningming Hundred-Billion Sugarcane Circular Industry series projects is the Phase II project of Guangxi Xiangsheng Home Materials Technology Co., Ltd. At present, the project is racing against the schedule, with workers busy driving piles and welding, excavators shuttling back and forth, and full efforts to accelerate the project. "Construction of the steel-structure plant has started, with nearly 200 people on site every day. It is expected to be completed and put into operation around March next year, by which time it will achieve an annual production value of 1.5 billion yuan and provide 400 jobs," introduced Huang Yuanze, deputy manager of the project department of Guangxi Xiangsheng Home Materials Co., Ltd.
　　It is understood that the Xiangsheng Phase II project plans to use 380 mu of land with a total investment of 750 million yuan. By introducing advanced equipment such as long-material flakers from Germany, Italy, and other countries, the project will carry out technological upgrading of the existing production line. Using small-diameter wood as the main raw material, it will build a world-class particleboard production line with an annual output of 600,000 cubic meters, along with supporting production and auxiliary facilities such as the main particleboard workshop, deep-processing workshop, and waste workshop, as well as office and living facilities including staff apartments.
　　As engineering projects advance in full swing, various enterprises in the Ningming area of the Guangxi Pingxiang Industrial Park are radiating vigorous new momentum. In January this year, Ningming County officially signed a contract with the Ningming Xingyou Shidai Great Health Industry project, which plans to invest 2 billion yuan to build a star oil vine planting base and a great health industrial park, creating a new engine to boost the high-quality economic and social development of Ningming County. In July this year, Guangxi Ningming Weipinyuan Food Co., Ltd. held its opening ceremony. The company integrates "R&D, processing, and sales," importing Southeast Asian nuts and fruits through border resident mutual trade for deep processing, with an expected annual output of 12,000 tons of salt-baked cashews, 5,000 tons of mangoes and preserved fruits, and 5,000 tons of macadamia nuts...
