一座黄河新大桥即将开工建设
据河南日报官微消息，208国道二淅线（二连浩特至淅川）洛阳市孟津境改建工程（含新建黄河公铁大桥引线）特许经营项目即将启动，建设内容包括改建工程及现有208国道黄河桥拆除。
208国道二淅线是国家公路网的重要南北通道，随着区域经济发展，现有道路和桥梁已经无法满足通行需求。
该项目新建黄河公铁大桥引线，全长约17.571公里，设计速度为每小时80公里，采用双向六车道一级公路建设标准，路基断面宽33米；对现有路段进行改建，全长约20.979公里，设计速度为每小时80公里，采用双向六车道一级公路建设标准，路基断面宽33米；拆除现有黄河桥，为新建黄河公铁大桥腾出空间。
目前，该项目已经进入前期准备阶段，相关的勘察、设计、招投标等工作正在有序进行，预计2024年年底正式开工建设，2027年年底全面建成通车。
