As of the end of July, 5 of the 36 sub-items of the municipal and district-level people's livelihood programs have been completed: "holding the 33rd Tianjin Canal Peach Blossom Culture, Commerce and Tourism Festival," "holding the 31st Ethnic Unity Month activity in Hongqiao District," "full coverage of pain clinics in 9 community health service centers," "coordinating and raising the level of medical insurance benefits," and "creating high-quality 15-minute urban convenient living circles." Improve community elderly care services to meet the home-based elderly care needs of senior citizens, complete age-friendly renovations for 85 families of elderly people in difficulty, and enhance the quality of life of senior citizens. In April 2024, Tianjin's **sale-type affordable housing project—the Lishuiyuan Phase II plot project—officially started construction. The project has a total construction area of more than 60,000 square meters and can build about 460 units of sale-type affordable housing. As of the end of July 2024, work such as determining the preliminary sales plan for the project has been promoted. Continuously improve the health level of all citizens. Screening services for "two cancers" were completed for 4,881 married women of appropriate age, and as of July, free physical examinations were provided for more than 700 migrant workers, workers in difficulty, and workers in new forms of employment. Continue to do a good job in rehabilitation assistance for children with disabilities. In the first and second quarters, rehabilitation assistance was provided 267 person-times to eligible children with disabilities, and more than 1.49 million yuan in assistance subsidies was distributed.
