On the 15th, as the cutterhead of the "CSCEC No. 1 Changkong" shield machine slowly rotated, the shield for the parking lot access line of the West Yingcheng Parking Lot of the Phase I project of the Changchun Rail Transit Airport Line (Line 9), undertaken by China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), was successfully launched. This marks that the parking lot access line has fully entered the shield tunneling construction stage at full speed, laying a solid foundation for the tunnel breakthrough of the section on schedule.

The West Yingcheng Parking Lot access line section is the section of the Phase I project of the Changchun Rail Transit Airport Line (Line 9) that connects to the West Yingcheng Parking Lot access line after Jianlan Street Station, with a total length of approximately 1,780 meters, constructed using the open-cut method plus the shield method. Since the start of construction, the project team has faced many difficulties and successively overcame multiple challenges, including the impact of a 220kV high-voltage transmission tower on the shield shaft construction, intersections with other shield sections, and the steep gradient of the shield tunnel section, ultimately achieving the smooth launch of the shield for the right line of the West Yingcheng Parking Lot access line.
