The project has a total investment of 30 million yuan, covers an area of about 6,241 square meters and a building area of about 4,500 square meters, and will build plant buildings, office buildings and other ancillary facilities. It is reported that the project covers an area of 5,903 square meters and a building area of about 4,200 square meters, with a floor area ratio of 0.71, and mainly builds warehousing warehouses, office buildings and production lines.
