Recently, the side-span closure segment of Piers 6-7 on the right line of the Liangmucun Luohe Grand Bridge, part of the Luanlu-Yushan (Henan-Shaanxi) Section 3 project of CCCC First Highway Engineering, was successfully closed, laying a solid foundation for achieving the closure and through-connection of the main bridge.

　　The Luanlu-Yushan Section 3 route has a total length of 11.843 km, with a bridge-to-tunnel ratio of 57%. Its main construction content includes subgrade, bridges, tunnels, pavement, buildings, traffic safety facilities, and landscaping. Among these, the Liangmucun Luohe Grand Bridge has a total length of 1,297.4 m. Its main bridge span consists of a 65+120+120+65 m prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame, while the east and west approach bridges are 40 m prestressed concrete T-beams. It is a key controlling project along the entire Luanlu project and the last bridge to be completed for the project to achieve through-connection.

　　The bridge's main span crosses the Luohe River. The terrain is highly undulating, steep, and deeply dissected. Facing difficulties such as complex geological conditions, high technical difficulty in high-altitude operations, and high risks, the project department made meticulous arrangements. In light of the key and difficult aspects of continuous girder construction, it continuously optimized the construction plan, reasonably allocated construction and resources, and effectively implemented the tiered safety and technical briefing system, extending vertically to all operating personnel in the work teams. It strictly controlled key processes such as form traveler movement, staggered rebar welding, accurate positioning of prestressed ducts, temporary locking with rigid supports, and elevation of segment plan positions, and also carried out environmental temperature monitoring, concrete vibration and curing, and other measures, strengthening quality management and construction process control to ensure smooth closure.

　　After the expressway is completed, it will add a new inter-provincial corridor in western Henan Province, connecting eastward to the Central Plains urban agglomeration and westward to the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration. It will play a positive role in further driving tourism resource development along the route and promoting regional external exchanges, transportation and trade, and economic development.
