Recently, the Chongqing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission issued the "2024 Complete Community Construction Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan").
　　According to the "Plan", this year Chongqing will implement 395 complete community construction projects in 108 communities, covering 4 major categories and 22 subcategories: community service facilities, livable living environment, intelligent services, and community governance.
　　It is reported that among the city's 1,953 urban communities, 562 are currently carrying out complete community construction, and all districts and counties are actively promoting complete community construction in a project-based and list-based manner. At present, the Jiangbei District Yubei Community, the Chongqing High-tech Zone Kangju Xicheng Second Community, and the Fuling District Taiping Street Area, which were selected as national pilots, have basically completed the complete community pilot; the Jiulongpo District Minzhu Village Community (the first phase of the pilot has been completed and the second phase of construction is being advanced) and the Nan'an District Jinyan Community are steadily advancing their pilot work.
　　According to the plan, by 2027, the coverage rate of complete community construction in Chongqing will reach 45%. On the basis of complete community construction practice, the city will also build modern communities with communities as the unit and subdistricts as the level, launch more than 40 pilot projects, and accelerate the creation of new high-quality urban living scenarios.
