Currently, during the summer period of high temperatures and intense heat, the construction site of the Loudi "Xu Teli Project" remains as busy as ever. To seize the golden summer construction period, project construction management personnel stay on the front line, braving the high temperatures and scorching summer weather to steadily advance the project schedule. As of the end of July, the Xu Teli Teaching Building at Lengshuijiang No. 1 Middle School, the Xu Teli Sports and Arts Hall at Shuangfeng No. 2 Middle School, and the Xu Teli Teaching Building at Shuangfeng No. 3 Middle School have all entered the decoration and renovation stage. The Xu Teli Teaching Building at Xinhua Shangmei Middle School, the Xu Teli Teaching Building at Xinhua No. 4 Middle School, and the Xu Teli Science and Education Building at Lianyuan No. 1 Middle School have all completed decoration and renovation and entered the stage of facility and equipment procurement and installation, with overall progress reaching 85%.
　　Loudi vigorously advances the action of making livelihood improvements tangible to the people. The six "Xu Teli Projects" for county-level ordinary high schools it has undertaken are key provincial livelihood practical projects, with a total new construction area of 51,240.9 square meters, 6,460 new high school enrollment slots, and a total investment of approximately 198 million yuan. The municipal Party committee and municipal government attach great importance to the construction of projects in the education system, and major leaders have repeatedly coordinated and personally visited project sites to learn about the situation. The Municipal Education Bureau takes the advancement of key livelihood practical projects as its starting point and making improvements tangible to the masses as its work direction. From project application to implementation, it supports the construction of the "Xu Teli Projects" throughout the entire process and in all aspects, and has assigned dedicated personnel to dedicated posts to strengthen supervision and scheduling and vigorously advance the projects toward their set goals.
　　The construction parties of each project have reasonably arranged construction hours and, on the premise of ensuring quality and safety, raced against time to seize schedules and accelerate progress. At present, the six projects are advancing construction at full speed and will be put into use this autumn. Xie Hongfu, an alumnus of Lianyuan No. 1 Middle School, mobilized the Sanxiang Alumni Association, the Guangmingshan Public Welfare Alliance, and the Lianyuan Inheritance and Education Assistance Association to raise more than 2 million yuan to purchase supporting teaching equipment and facilities for the Xu Teli Science and Education Building, including air conditioners, Seewo all-in-one machines, desks and chairs, sparing no effort in giving back to and supporting the development of his alma mater.
