　　On July 31, at the Phase I construction site of the new energy electrical steel project of Zhongpu (Handan) Electromagnetic Materials Technology Co., Ltd. located in Handan Economic Development Zone, it was seen that the main plant has been topped out, and the installation of side wall panels and equipment is accelerating.
　　According to reports, the project has a total investment of 13 billion yuan, jointly invested by Hebei Puyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and Longxiang Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., and is constructed in three phases. Phase I of the project has an investment of 3.2 billion yuan, a total construction area of about 100,000 square meters, started in early March this year, and is expected to be completed and put into production in October. After production, it will produce 500,000 tons of electrical steel annually, with an estimated annual sales revenue of 5 billion yuan.

For projects that conform to policy support directions, have a certain investment scale, solid preliminary procedures, and high maturity, they are recommended for inclusion in the provincial and municipal key construction project lists, and assistance is provided in applying for central budget investment projects, local government special bond projects, etc. This year, focusing on six major industrial ecosystems and 20 industrial chains including new energy, new materials, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy vehicles, biological industry, and digital cultural tourism, the city has reserved more than 200 municipal key preliminary projects.
