Scientific and technological innovation is the core of developing new quality productive forces, and talent is the cornerstone of innovation. General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the need to smooth the virtuous cycle of education, science and technology, and talent, and to cultivate urgently needed talent for promoting high-quality development. Against this backdrop, the Foundation College was jointly founded by the China Foundation Engineering Technology Innovation Intellectual Property Alliance, the Institute of Foundation Engineering of the China Academy of Building Research, and Beijing Jinshan Foundation Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. With the mission of "cultivating talent, developing experts, serving the industry, and benefiting society," the Foundation College is dedicated to cultivating a new generation of leading talent in the field of foundation engineering.

Diversified Teaching Model

The Advanced Flagship Training Program offered by the Foundation College adopts a diversified teaching model, including classroom instruction, engineering observation, project diagnosis, resource matching, student mutual visits, and industry seminars. During their studies, students can not only systematically master professional knowledge in geotechnical engineering, but also engage in face-to-face exchanges with high-level experts such as academicians and masters, discuss with experts to find platforms for promoting new enterprise technologies and new construction methods, and obtain think-tank support and resource matching for enterprise development, thereby laying a solid foundation for students' career development.

In addition, the Foundation College has held a series of distinctive online activities, including "My Technology, My Presentation," "Face to Face with Experts," "Geotechnical Engineering Records," "Foundation Expert - Lao Zhu's Lecture Hall," and "Foundation Expert - Dr. Chen Talks Software," which have been widely acclaimed by peers.

To incentivize outstanding talent and provide them with a platform for further development, the Foundation College has decided to launch a knowledge gift package for those who have passed the National Registered Geotechnical Engineer Examination within the past two years, as follows:

1. Those with a score of 80 points (inclusive) or above may experience one session of the Advanced Flagship Training Program.

2. Those with a score of 90 points (inclusive) or above may experience two sessions of the Advanced Flagship Training Program.
