For the G107 reconstruction project, in accordance with the established ledger, clarify the source of project construction funds as soon as possible, and simultaneously accelerate land assembly, land acquisition and demolition, and other work. Actively carry out planning and preliminary work for the G311 and G234 projects in Xiangcheng County, strengthen communication and coordination, step up the pace of advancement, and bring them to commencement of construction as soon as possible. At the same time, closely monitor the payment of project funds, strengthen communication and coordination with all counties (cities and districts), strengthen supervision according to time nodes, and promptly report progress to the municipal government, with high-level promotion to ensure tangible results.

For maintenance projects, closely follow the node ledger, take measures, implement responsibilities, ensure safety and quality, accelerate progress, and complete them as soon as possible; continue to strengthen road environment improvement and effectively raise road condition levels. Do a good job in the provincial evaluation: attach great importance to it, strengthen coordination and liaison, follow the plan, compare against evaluation standards, consolidate responsibilities, and ensure implementation; referring to the national evaluation practices, involve all staff, inspect throughout the entire process, go all out, and comprehensively improve, striving for good results.

On the basis of the earlier on-foot inspection of risks and hidden dangers of Class II and Class III bridges, further refine and compile statistics on dangerous bridge renovation projects within Xuchang's jurisdiction, establish a list of risks and hidden dangers, establish a work ledger, scientifically formulate remediation plans, clarify start, construction, and completion times, consolidate work responsibilities, improve safety signage during construction, and ensure traffic flow is maintained on sections where half-width construction and half-width traffic passage are implemented, ensuring safe construction and early completion to facilitate safe travel for local residents.

Learn lessons from recent accidents such as landslides, intensify the investigation and treatment of safety hazards, adhere to the principle of "no end to inspection and no cessation of rectification until the flood season is over," keep the flood control mechanism unchanged, the teams intact, and vigilance unrelaxed, and ensure inspections are in place before rain, patrols are in place during rain, and verification is in place after rain; consolidate responsibilities, assign dedicated personnel to key positions, and focus close watch on critical areas, effectively carrying out all preventive work to ensure safe road passage.
