　　Since the beginning of this year, the Zhuzhou Public Resource Trading Center has continuously improved the level of full-process electronic trading for engineering construction projects by refining the electronic trading system for such projects. It has actively coordinated the revision of electronic templates across various industries and optimized the electronic bidding trading system for projects without fixed-format templates. It has implemented "intervention" services and "follow-up" services, and helped relevant parties understand the workflow in advance through proactive publicity and guidance, "business lecture hall" training, and other methods. In the first half of the year, more than 700 person-times participated in relevant training through online and offline methods. After projects enter the center, the center conducts full-process "electronic + manual" witnessing of links such as the bidding announcements, clarification announcements, public notices of winning candidates, bidding results, and on-site management of bid opening and evaluation prepared by the tenderee and its entrusted agency. It provides point-to-point reminders and prompts for non-compliant behavior during the trading process, and refers clues to suspected violations of laws and regulations.
