　　Walking into the 5,000-ton-per-year Daqu Jiangxiang-flavor baijiu expansion and technical transformation construction project of Guizhou Hanke Junfeng Liquor Co., Ltd., the main construction of the qu-making workshop, liquor-making workshop, boiler room, comprehensive building, and wastewater treatment station has been fully completed. At the project site, workers are carrying out indoor decoration and equipment installation, seizing the schedule to advance project construction. "All of our main structures that have been completed have passed acceptance inspection. Now more than 70 people are on site every day carrying out indoor decoration and equipment installation, and completion is expected in September," said Zeng Qingyong, on-site production manager of the 5,000-ton-per-year Daqu Jiangxiang-flavor baijiu expansion and technical transformation construction project of Guizhou Hanke Junfeng Liquor Co., Ltd.
　　As one of the province's key projects, the 5,000-ton-per-year Daqu Jiangxiang-flavor baijiu expansion and technical transformation construction project of Guizhou Hanke Junfeng Liquor Co., Ltd. covers a total area of 164.11 mu, with an investment of 800 million yuan, and includes work areas such as the qu-making workshop, liquor-making workshop, and comprehensive building. "At present, one-third of the total project has been completed, and some supporting and ancillary works remain unfinished. Once the project is completed, it will lay a solid foundation for alleviating production pressure and advancing the company's standardized and normalized construction," said She Xingkai, on-site representative of the 5,000-ton-per-year Daqu Jiangxiang-flavor baijiu expansion and technical transformation construction project of Guizhou Hanke Junfeng Liquor Co., Ltd.
　　The Zhonghua Liquor Industry Renhuai Production Base project is equally busy. At the construction site, transport vehicles shuttle back and forth, and workers battle under the scorching sun on the front line of construction. To safeguard workers' safety and health, the project team has implemented measures to avoid high temperatures by staggering working hours, avoiding sun exposure and fatigue work, and providing multiple heatstroke prevention and cooling safeguards, with safety as the core, to ensure the project advances steadily. "To ensure safe production and the project schedule, we explain heatstroke prevention and cooling knowledge on site and stock sufficient heatstroke prevention medicines and beverages so that workers can get proper rest," said Hu Jianfeng, safety director of Phase I of the Zhonghua Liquor Industry Renhuai Production Base project.
　　It is reported that the Zhonghua Liquor Industry Renhuai Production Base includes Phase I and Phase II projects. The entire project covers 315 mu, with a building area of 180,000 square meters, and is divided into two phases of construction. Phase I is currently under construction, with an overall investment of 2 billion yuan and a Phase I investment of 950 million yuan. The project plans an annual sauce-flavored baijiu production capacity of 5,000 tons, with Phase I having an annual sauce-flavored baijiu production capacity of 2,600 tons. In the later stage, cultural tourism industry projects will also be developed to create a liquor-tourism integrated factory area that also features winery landscapes. "At present, the main structure of the No. 1 liquor-making workshop has been topped out, and 70% of the contracted output value of the project has been completed. The secondary structure construction phase will begin soon, with more than 700 workers on site daily during peak periods, making every effort to ensure that this year's Double Ninth Festival sand-adding milestone can be put into production on schedule," said Wang Xin, chief engineer of Phase I of the Zhonghua Liquor Industry Renhuai Production Base project.
