Recently, County Party Secretary Fan Qingxian led a team to investigate the progress of key projects. County leaders Shao Mingqi and Wang Xu participated in the activity.
Fan Qingxian and the team successively conducted on-site inspections of the Agricultural Smart Industrial Park project, the Dongchen Automobile High-Precision Key Components Intelligent Production project, and the Jiabei Wood Industrial Park, among other locations, where they listened to reports from relevant persons in charge, gained a detailed understanding of the progress of each key project, and resolved issues on site.
Fan Qingxian pointed out that the construction of key projects is the driving force for promoting high-quality development of the county economy. Departments at all levels across the county must firmly establish the concept of "projects as the priority," extend, supplement, and strengthen the core industrial chain, continuously expand industrial clusters, and accelerate the cultivation of new quality productive forces.
Fan Qingxian required that departments at all levels across the county further enhance their service awareness, go deep into the project front lines, proactively provide services, and make every effort to resolve bottleneck and blockage issues such as project approval, land use, and financing, so as to provide full-process services and all-round guarantees for project construction. It is necessary to accelerate project construction progress, adhere strictly to time nodes, seize favorable weather, deploy sufficient personnel and machinery, and scientifically optimize construction plans, so as to promote early completion, early commissioning, and early results of projects under the premise of ensuring safety and quality, thereby adding new momentum to the county's high-quality development.
