On July 21, Academician Xie Hua'an of the Chinese Academy of Sciences visited Yongqiang Geotechnical to provide guidance on soil (agricultural land) improvement and pollution remediation technologies.

Xu Wanqiang, Chairman of Yongqiang Geotechnical, introduced to Academician Xie the research, application, and development of microbial technology in the field of environmental geotechnical engineering, as well as the company's innovative practices in soil improvement and ecological restoration. Academician Xie Hua'an offered constructive suggestions for Yongqiang Geotechnical's development in the environmental protection technology industry, and expressed the hope that Yongqiang Geotechnical would leverage its own advantages to contribute to the high-quality economic development of Longyan.

Yongqiang Geotechnical continues to build the Longyan Municipal Microbial Remediation Technology Development Research Institute, focusing on fields such as soil and groundwater pollution remediation, mine ecological restoration, agricultural land improvement, and marine ecological restoration. It develops microbial-based materials, equipment, and related technologies, promotes the innovative application and in-depth development of microbial technology, and provides environmental geotechnical engineering solutions to customers free of charge.

A native of Longyan, Fujian, he is a researcher, doctoral supervisor, *** expert, recipient of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, plant genetic breeding scientist, National Outstanding Professional and Technical Talent, and one of the "Top Ten" Meritorious Figures in China's Seed Industry. He currently serves as a professor and doctoral supervisor at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. Academician Xie Hua'an has long been engaged in research on rice genetic breeding and has received more than 10 science and technology achievement awards, including one First Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, one Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, five First Prizes of the Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the Fujian Provincial Outstanding Contribution Award, and the Tan Kah Kee Agricultural Science Award.
