Data shows that from January to June, the annual investment completion rate of "Thousand Projects, Trillion Yuan" projects in Keqiao District reached 72.4%, and the start-up rate of new projects reached 100%, both indicators ranking ** in the city.
　　The so-called "Thousand Projects, Trillion Yuan" project refers to focusing on nine major fields: advanced manufacturing bases, strengthening the foundation of scientific and technological innovation, building a strong transportation province, ensuring clean energy supply, improving water networks for safety and stability, organic urban renewal, prioritizing agriculture and rural areas, integrating culture and tourism, and people's livelihood facilities. The province rolls out and advances more than 1,000 major provincial projects every year, completing an investment of more than 1 trillion yuan annually, providing strong support for Zhejiang Province to advance the "Two Pioneers."
　　Just on the 12th of last month, the double-tube breakthrough of the Yuewangzheng Tunnel in the first contract section of the PPP project of the connecting line from Hangjinqu Expressway to Hangsao-Tai Expressway was successfully completed, marking that the main structure of the project has basically been connected and officially entered the sprint stage of the project. At present, the project has completed nearly 90% of the overall image progress, taking another more solid step toward the goal of completion and opening to traffic. As a key provincial construction project, the project has a total investment of about 7.59 billion yuan and a total length of 22.028 kilometers. After completion, it will build a highway ring line in Keqiao District and play a major boosting role in improving the city's modern transportation system with internal connections and external links.
　　Also showing a scene of vigorous construction is the construction site of the Keqiao Hangzhou Bay Science and Technology Innovation Center Project (Phase I) located in Keqiao Economic Development Zone. More than ten buildings have risen from the ground on the site, and the main bodies of the buildings wrapped in green "veils" have begun to take shape. At present, a total of three main bodies of the project have completed capping, and more than 40% of the overall progress has been completed. It is understood that the project has a total investment of about 3.6 billion yuan and integrates the attraction and gathering of high-end talent projects, technology incubation and acceleration, and industrialization. It is committed to introducing "accelerating" talent science and technology enterprises and also provides industrialization acceleration platform support for incubating high-quality talent science and technology enterprises in the district.

Among them are not only high-end manufacturing projects such as new energy and new materials, but also fields of concern to people's livelihood such as transportation, water conservancy, medical care, and logistics. Major projects are going full speed ahead and construction is in full swing, which not only demonstrates the super-strong resilience of Keqiao District's economic development, but also injects surging momentum into Keqiao District's investment in implementing the "Thousand Projects, Trillion Yuan" project. According to statistics, the first batch of 15 projects in Keqiao District included in the provincial "Thousand Projects, Trillion Yuan" project plans to complete an annual investment of 7.95 billion yuan.
