　　At the J&T Jiangsu (Baoying) Smart Supply Chain Industrial Park project site, the factory buildings and comprehensive office building have passed completion acceptance. Logistics conveyor tracks shuttle through the plant area, and logistics trucks are neatly lined up.
　　"This is the first physical regional operating headquarters project that Shanghai J&T Express Group has self-built in China. After production begins, daily parcel handling will reach 3.3 million orders, with annual tax payments exceeding 45 million yuan," introduced Tang Xiang, Deputy General Manager of J&T Express Jiangsu Region. J&T Express is a global integrated logistics service operator. In October 2021, the company's J&T Jiangsu (Baoying) Smart Supply Chain Industrial Park project—its first in China to independently acquire land and build—successfully settled in Jinghe Town, Baoying. Last year, the smart supply chain industrial park project achieved "five certificates issued simultaneously," with certificates issued upon land delivery and construction starting upon land acquisition. In just 12 months, the project's main structure was completed.
　　In Jiangdu High-tech Zone, as large cranes swung left and right, the first batch of flexible process equipment for the Heyi AMOLED High-end Display Module project was successfully moved into the plant, marking the project's transition from the preparation and construction phase to the production and operation phase. "From project commencement to the main structure topping out took only about 90 days. The government handled the main approval processes for the project, allowing us to experience Jiangdu's excellent business environment and service quality," said Liu Junjie, Chairman of Jiangsu Heyi Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., at the project site.
　　As a provincial major industrial project, the Heyi project plans a total investment of 5 billion yuan. To enable early completion and production, Jiangdu specially established a dedicated project service team, with department "top leaders" providing full-process services, achieving "acceleration" in project construction in this field.
　　According to reports, once fully completed, the project will have an annual production capacity of 70 million units of high-end display modules, with expected new annual sales of 12.5 billion yuan. The project possesses globally leading reverse osmosis membrane production technology, producing over 100 products in two major categories for seawater desalination and domestic wastewater treatment, currently holding over 20% market share in the United States.
