In response to the customer's request, the sewage project for an infrastructure upgrade in Jiangxi that the customer undertook urgently needed an XDN1400-R rock machine. The working shaft was already completed, and they were just waiting for the machine to start work. Upholding the philosophy of urgently addressing customers' concerns, thinking about what customers think, and resolving customers' worries, the sales staff promptly coordinated with the technical staff to customize parameters and optimize performance according to customer needs. All departments went full throttle and worked efficiently in tandem, achieving seamless connection across all stages and ensuring production.

On July 11, all kinds of parts required for assembly were checked and counted; on the 13th, the product rolled off the line; on the 14th, it arrived at the construction site; on the 20th, the machine head successfully reached the receiving shaft... In just 10 days, both the response speed of all departments and the construction efficiency of the equipment fully demonstrated the sense of responsibility that XCMG people and XCMG equipment should have.

The construction section of the XDN1400-R rock pipe jacking machine consists of sand and gravel containing large boulders, which poses a great challenge to the stability and reliability of the equipment structure. A wide speed regulation range, high cutterhead torque, and strong, thick torsion legs enable the equipment to handle construction with ease and confidence.

During the same period, XCMG pipe jacking machines were competing for speed and efficiency at construction fronts across the country. The Qingdao power pipe gallery pipe jacking project team once again reported good news: the XDN3000-R rock pipe jacking machine fulfilled its mission and successfully emerged from the shaft. The rock hardness in this section was 80 MPa, and it crossed the main road in Licang District.
