On July 22, reporters learned from the State Administration for Market Regulation that in recent years, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Development and Reform Commission have achieved remarkable results in the field of information sharing through deepened cooperation, laying a solid foundation for optimizing the business environment and promoting the high-quality development of the private economy.

It is reported that the two sides have carried out multiple pragmatic cooperation initiatives in information sharing. To promote the integration and sharing of government affairs information, since 2017 the State Administration for Market Regulation has established an information sharing partnership with the National Development and Reform Commission, pushing basic enterprise information to the national credit information sharing platform to strengthen data support for various departments in performing their duties in accordance with the law. As of the end of June 2024, a total of 104 million pieces of basic enterprise information had been pushed, providing 15 central departments and 31 provincial-level local governments with a cumulative total of 1.676 billion uses of query and verification interfaces.

To support the construction of the national comprehensive credit service platform for financing small and medium-sized enterprises, since 2021 the State Administration for Market Regulation has shared with the National Development and Reform Commission 10 categories of information, including enterprise registration, annual reports, listings in the business abnormality directory, and the list of enterprises with serious illegal and dishonest conduct, enabling financial institutions to more comprehensively and accurately assess the operating conditions and credit levels of enterprises and helping to resolve financial institutions' reluctance to lend to small and medium-sized enterprises. As of the end of June 2024, the National Development and Reform Commission had called the interfaces 7.7328 million times.

The National Development and Reform Commission regularly provides the State Administration for Market Regulation each month with "dual publicity" information, including enterprise administrative penalties and administrative licenses, information on honors related to honesty and trustworthiness, and information on credit repair results, having cumulatively shared more than 136 million pieces of data to date. This has enriched the data resources of the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System and provided support for market regulation departments in implementing precision regulation and carrying out work such as enterprise credit risk classification.
