Recently, the east extension project of Rail Transit Line 13 reached an important milestone: the first diaphragm wall at Dangui Road Station was successfully constructed. With the seamless cooperation of large main and auxiliary cranes, a 40.5-meter-long reinforcement cage was smoothly lowered into the trench, marking that Dangui Road Station has officially entered the construction stage of its main retaining structure.

Dangui Road Station is located on the south side of Longdong Avenue and the east side of Zhangdong Road. As a two-level underground island-type station, it also serves the important role of the line's terminus. The maximum excavation depth of the station's foundation pit reaches 18.8 meters, and the station scale (internal clear dimensions) reaches 353 meters × 17.64 meters. The retaining structure adopts 0.8-meter-thick diaphragm walls, with the maximum depth of the diaphragm walls in Zone IV being 40.6 meters.

In the face of challenges posed by the complex surrounding environment and high construction difficulty at Dangui Road Station, the EPC general contracting project team, with the support of the ** branch company of the Construction Group, successfully overcame unfavorable factors such as tight space for preliminary utility lines through multiple on-site investigations and coordination demonstrations, optimized the traffic diversion plan, and achieved road switching according to the planned milestone, ensuring the smooth progress of the main structure construction.

The successful completion of the first diaphragm wall construction has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the main retaining structure.
