Recently, construction began on the first diaphragm wall at Dongchuan Road Station of Civil Engineering Section 4 of Phase I of Rail Transit Line 23. At the construction site, a rebar cage about 41.45 meters long and weighing about 38 tons was slowly lifted by a 200-ton main crane working in coordination with a 150-ton auxiliary crane and was successfully lowered into the trench, marking that Dongchuan Road Station has fully entered the construction stage of the main retaining structure.

Dongchuan Road Station of Civil Engineering Section 4 of Phase I of Line 23 runs from Jinping Road Station in the west to Hujin Expressway Station in the east, comprising "one station and two running sections" with a total length of about 1.8 km. The Fifth Branch of the Construction Group, together with the construction unit, carefully prepared a special safety construction plan for rebar cage hoisting, which passed expert review. From the design stage through fabrication and hoisting, the project team pursued excellence and considered all aspects, including rebar cage quality and trenching accuracy, overcoming challenges such as a confined site and loose soil structure, and ensuring the smooth hoisting of the rebar cage.
