The large characters "Five Standards for Party Branches, Classified Management, Seven-Color Service" came into view, and below them was detailed information on the village's 195 Party members. This Party member information is not simply listed; it is divided into seven categories—in-service Party members, retired Party members, cared-for Party members, mobile Party members, entrepreneurial Party members, non-post Party members, and migrant-worker Party members—with each category marked in a different color.

　　The "Seven-Color Party Member Management Method" is an innovation that emerged from the actual development of Tianxinqiao Village. It is understood that Tianxinqiao Village faces two major challenges in its development. First, the management radius is wide and difficult: the village covers an area of 10.59 square kilometers and has 31 villager groups and 4,533 people. Second, industrial development is constrained: owing to policy factors, many industries cannot be introduced. Luo Xinli, secretary of the Party General Branch and director of the village committee of Tianxinqiao Village, told the reporter that through the seven-color management method, the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members has been fully brought into play, the fighting fortress role of grassroots Party organizations has been continuously strengthened, and a synergy of Party building strengthening the foundation and rural revitalization has been formed.

　　As one of the village's pillar industries, Tianxinqiao Village's small-flower industry accounts for more than 60% of the village's annual output value and employed workers. When the reporter met Gao Yiping, head of the Nanguo Yulin Flower Base, he was braving the scorching sun to organize workers to load and transport various small flowers such as cockscomb, lantana, and star flowers. "Without the strong support of the Party organization, there would not be the scale of development we have today," Gao Yiping told the reporter. At the beginning of his business, when the Tianxinqiao Party General Branch learned that he needed to transfer more than 100 mu of land at one time, it immediately sent Party members to help coordinate the land, and Party members with professional skills strengthened technical guidance, enabling him to get on track quickly. In the first half of this year, the Nanguo Yulin Flower Base achieved an output value of nearly 1 million yuan.

　　Relying on its advantages of being located in the suburbs and rich in resources, Tianxinqiao Village vigorously develops the cultural tourism industry. Yunduoduo Manor is a typical example. Chen Ying, head of the manor, told the reporter that since June 2021, nearly 10 million yuan has been invested to develop various business forms such as vegetable gardens, water gardens, and mountain gardens on more than 200 mu of land, with a daily reception capacity of more than 1,600 people. At present, Yunduoduo is already a well-known internet-famous destination in Changsha for study tours and leisure. When talking about the manor's development, Chen Ying told the reporter two stories. First, in 2023, when the village Party General Branch learned that the manor had encountered a funding bottleneck in its development, it took the initiative to help them apply to the district and town governments for a total of 2 million yuan in rural revitalization project funds. Second, not long ago, when the village Party General Branch learned that tourist buses had difficulty passing each other at the manor, it again took the initiative to invest more than 70,000 yuan to widen the road.

　　Under the leadership of the village Party General Branch, Tianxinqiao Village is developing more prosperously day by day. At present, there are 30 enterprises, cooperatives, and nurseries, providing nearly 400 jobs, increasing farmers' income by about 7 million yuan each year, and the village collective's annual income has stabilized at more than 600,000 yuan. Luo Xinli said that in the next step, the seven-color Party member management method will continue to be optimized to better meet the development needs of enterprises and continuously enhance the people's sense of gain, happiness, and security.
