International StandardizationOrganization, abbreviated as ISO (International Organization for Standardization), was founded in 1947. It is a global non-governmental organization and a highly important organization in the field of international standardization. China is also a full member of ISO, and the national body representing China in ISO is the China State Bureau of Technical Supervision (CSBTS).

The three-system certification (three-standard system certification or three-standard integration) includes

ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification,

ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification,

ISO45001 Occupational Health Management System Certification

The three systems are based on national laws and regulations such as the Product Quality Law,

the Standardization Law, and the Metrology Law, as well as product standards,

and through the effective operation and control of all internal processes of the enterprise,

they achieve personnel safety, quality assurance,

environmental protection, customer satisfaction,

and enterprise benefit—a macro management philosophy.

The Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System are referred to as the "three-standard system." Zhenzhong has successfully maintained certification of the three-standard systemfor more than twenty years. From July 15 to 17, 2024, two auditors from Beijing Xingguo Global Certification Co., Ltd. conducted a three-day recertification audit of Zhenzhong Machinery's "three-standard system."

On July 15, the audit team visited Zhenzhong and held the opening meeting of the on-site audit together with the management representative and the heads of the five major center departments: marketing, technical quality, production and manufacturing, administration, and finance. The audit team introduced the three-day audit plan and inquired with the management representative about the operation of the "three-standard system" over the past year. After the meeting, according to the audit plan, the audit team reviewed management review, internal audit, training materials, quality control, design and development, customer satisfaction, qualified suppliers, and other content by checking records, listening to reports, and inspecting the site.

Finally, at the closing meeting, the audit team fully affirmed the operation of Zhenzhong Machinery's system and unanimously agreed that Zhenzhong Machinery's "three-standard system" management is adequate, its content appropriate, and its operation effective, reflecting the management philosophy of "continuous improvement" and fully ensuring the realization of Zhenzhong Machinery's management policies and objectives. The company once again successfully passed the recertification of the three-standard system certification.

The certification of the three-standard system marks that the company has reached a new level in refined, institutionalized, and standardized management. Zhenzhong Machinery will take this opportunity to dig inward and extend outward, seriously address the issues and suggestions raised by the audit team, adhere to the principles of standardization, normalization, process orientation, institutionalization, and informatization in its work, and, in combination with actual work, continuously improve the management system to ensure continuous improvement of the company's management system work and comprehensively raise the company's level of lean production and quality management.‍

01. Quality Management System

ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification is a concept proposed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 1987. It refers to the series of international standards on quality management and assurance developed by ISO/TC176 (the ISO Technical Committee on Quality Management and Quality Assurance).

This standard is universal worldwide and is by far the most mature and authoritative management system and standard in the world, and the foundation of enterprise development and growth. Enterprises that pass this certification standard mean that they have reached international standards in the integration of various management systems, meet the access requirements of the international market, and are capable of stably and continuously providing customers with qualified products and services that meet expected standards.‍

02. Environmental Management System Certification

ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification is an environmental management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

ISO14001 certification is applicable to any organization, including enterprises, institutions, and relevant government units. Passing the certification proves that the organization has reached the international level in environmental management and can ensure that the control of various pollutants in the enterprise's processes, products, and activities meets relevant requirements.‍

03. Occupational Health and Safety Management System

On March 12, 2018, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) officially released the occupational health and safety management system standard ISO45001:2018 "Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems—Requirements with Guidance for Use." The International Accreditation Forum (IAF) also proposed the requirement to apply ISO45001 as a certification standard in the field of occupational health and safety management. ISO45001 provides a framework for managing occupational health and safety risks to prevent work-related injury and ill health to employees and to provide safe and healthy workplaces. The standard maintains the same structure as other ISO management system standards, which facilitates users' integration of management systems.
