Recently, Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone held a meeting to promote key project construction across the zone. Xiao Xiongjie, Secretary of the Zone Party Working Committee, chaired the meeting and stressed the need to raise political awareness, firmly establish the concept of "projects as the priority," and truly place project construction in a more prominent position. He called for effectively resolving the difficult and blocking issues in project advancement and making every effort to promote the construction of major industrial projects across the zone with improved quality, speed, and efficiency. Zone leaders Cai Bin, Yan Ming, Xiao Hong, and Zhou Peihui, along with company leaders Xiao Wangli and Liang Teqiang, attended the meeting.
　　The meeting heard reports from the heads of enterprises including Wenchang Technology, Sangang Technology, Jiaxing Technology, the Forund project, Zhejiang Jingu, Miaowang Electric Appliances, Xiongteng Electronics, Yinlang Sports, Lüzhi Electric Motors, and Zhongke Nano on project construction progress and existing problems, and made arrangements for the next stage of key work.
　　Xiao Xiongjie pointed out that project construction is the "main lever" of economic work and the "strong engine" of economic growth. The entire zone must further raise ideological awareness, firmly establish the concept of "projects as the priority," strengthen confidence in development, seize development opportunities, boost morale, overcome difficulties, and advance project construction at full speed in order to contribute to building the "Materials Valley" of Central China.
　　Xiao Xiongjie stressed the need to adhere to a problem-oriented approach, strengthen service awareness, enhance communication and coordination, form a joint work force, and strengthen support in factors such as water, electricity, and land to provide strong backing for project advancement. It is necessary to clarify time nodes, strengthen scheduling, reverse the construction timetable, and improve efficiency. Following the principle of "as fast as possible," we must implement work with the highest efficiency and advance project construction at the fastest speed. It is necessary to strengthen organizational leadership, enhance overall planning, and establish project lists by category to ensure that every project construction matter is addressed and every issue receives a response. Efforts should be made to build a new type of government-business relationship, always keep in mind the requirements of "closeness" and "cleanliness." "Closeness" should be reflected in sentiment and implemented in development, while "cleanliness" should be reflected in integrity and implemented in law and discipline, so as to promote the continuous optimization and upgrading of the business environment and accumulate momentum and energy for the high-quality development of the entire zone.
